   Had a Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Excellent. Service was quick and attentive. Views from the restaurant .... amazing.

   We enjoyed a lovely meal and had a table with a beautiful view, however the service really let the experience down. We’d included notes on the booking which hadn’t been read, we were waiting for long periods of time and the waiter had to go back and forth several times to find out allergy information. We had been at the table for half an hour before he took our order and even then took our food order before drinks. Our reservation was early afternoon and the restaurant wasn’t as busy as I have previously seen it and so it didn’t feel like that would have excused the delays in service. In the past we have had sommeliers attend the table and in general a more engaging service, yesterday however, felt very disappointing when you consider percentage of the service charge automatically added to the bill.

   Lovely visit for Sunday lunch - food was very good, rooftop drinks were amazing (a sunny day helped!). Alex - our waiter - was very attentive and checked on us and refilled our glasses. Was very friendly and professional.

   i went 20 stories by myself i had the best waiter she was called nancy she made me feel so welcome, she was so friendly and the service was amazing. she checked up on me and made sure my experience was good. I will definitely be returning i hope she’s my waiter next time !

   Food was somewhat tasty but it was extremely loud They had the outdoor rooftop bar and you can’t hear yourself sitting down for dinner. They’re trying to do too much at once and ruined the dining experience absolutely awful. I had 7:30 reservation and they didn’t have certain things on the menu ? Massive queue to use the bathroom because they took in soo many people for outdoor bar and dining. The steak was presented as a single blob on the plate, no side , no vegetable. At that price at least some lettuce or come with chips should be standard. You come to realise the price is for the rent and “status” of the place rather than food or drinks. Great for a party I suppose but really awful dining experience in the summer at that price. Would not recommend unfortunately.

   Overall nice time. But for what was received and the overall experience it was hugely over priced. Much nicer places for a lot less money. I would expect a steak to be cooked correctly for the money paid but both were overdone. They certainly allow too many people in at once, crammed unless you have a table for food. Once seated the ambiance was lovely tho.

   All the right components, poorly executed. Food was bland, service lacklustre (signs of bad recruitment, underpaid staff and high turnover) and inattentive, dismissive even. Music too loud to hear staff tending to me or for them, me. Watched the table in front of me get turned over 3 times in an hour with couples (?) coming for a photo — one didn’t even order a drink, just pretended for their socials they were there. I’m a 30yo m and love venues like this is trying to be, not some old Karen. It’s got tons of potential but needs to sort its USP out. Location beautiful. I came ready to spend money but they made it hard. It’ll be the death of the restaurant. The outdoor bar space is brilliant, but the restaurant is a gimmick. Similar price point to some top notch restaurants nearby but nowhere near on quality or imagination of food or service. If I were them I’d embrace the rooftop party vibes and serve fried chicken and burgers to the terrace crowd, which is what everyone wants and would make an extra £20 off everyone there for drinks, while also increasing the capacity of those who have come for sunset. Just an idea for ya ;)

    Lovely service and great food and atmosphere! Had a lovely experience at the restaurant the service was excellent! Both the waiter and waitress were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. They were quick, polite, and made sure everything was just right. Great service really made the meal even more enjoyable!
