The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Also, the food and vibe is incredible!

When the food arrived it was cold and tasteless. The night started to get chilly and there were outside heaters set up but unfortunately the one next to us was broken so we it was Baltic for the whole night it then took a while for the bill to arrive

Lovely place with amazing food and drinks. However service was poor and workers did not assist us to our seats or explain the restaurants procedures and was left waiting most the night to order and for help.

First time going and we absolutely loved it. We didnt have any food, just drinks but i will definitely be returning to try the food asap!

Appalling service. 18th birthday ruined , I really do not recommend coming to 202 kitchen Birmingham as the service was really bad half of our orders didn’t come.Staff we’re also rude to us considering we were paying around £40 each I expected a lot better .If you do decide to go you will be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. The colour, the music, the theme, the food.. all amazing! Only thing is as it’s quiet chilly could do with some heaters / blankets! But weather is totally out of your control!

Booked a table for 2 people on December 29 at 7:30 and please tell me why the restaurant is closed but it never informed us as it said ‘table is booked’. Which is annoying as it was my birthday also it could’ve said on the website temporarily closed due to covid or anything instead of telling me my table is booked then me paying £20 to get to the place which I’m not familair with and ending up getting lost in Birmingham as 2 15&16 year old girls.

Reserved a table for 8:45 and got there to be told that they’ve stopped serving food, even though it says they stop serving at 9:00

Some of the staff was rude when we asked a question, we was freezing cold as well as being let down about drinks as they didn’t have some of the ones we wanted. We felt judged there also and we felt like we was being stared at the whole time.

The chicken burger extremely salty you may wana tell the chef to ease up on the chicken coating

I'm hoping this rushed experience and lack of proper food serving is due to covid because its clear as day they rushed to cook our meal 👎

Bad customer service and poor quality food

First of all I booked a table for 3 but came out as 2 tried to get through they didn’t pick up or respond even though this number is on google for me to contact them through

My friend came abit late to hold the table 15 minutes but it happens. They had told them advance that I was coming they said they’d see what they would do

I couldn’t sit with my friends which was under stable due to health & safety but the way the manager had spoken to us wasn’t helping the situation she wasn’t suggesting alternatives which we asked for she said she would go see what she could do but never came back

Finally me and friends swapped with two girls who was sitting on a 4 seat table.

The general manager came to sort it out which was unnecessary because everything was fine afterwards.
I ordered food just as I arrived waited an hour for them to tell us that we couldn’t order food but my cocktail came

This was my worst experience in hospitality
I tasted some of my friends food and it tasted literally like salt
This is very unhealthy and could result to high cholesterol

Food was excellent.
Staff were friendly, However service was slow but this may be down to reduced staffing.
Overall nice experience.
Improvements to downstairs decor could be made to improve overall quality.

The host enforced a mask on me when i told her i was exempt and showed her a digital display. She wouldn’t take it and said i need to wear an physical card. Please let me remind you

Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering. This is not a legal requirement so no member of staff should be stating that especially when they have no education Of it. Not to mention i saw staff not even wearing it properly. One rule for one another rule for another.

My daughter had been wanting to go for ages, eventually got a table fitting in with the age bracket she was and we were slightly disappointed.
The photo areas did look a bit tired even though it is was quite new.
We had to ask a few times to be served and also for the bill. The service was not great and was not asked if we needed extra drinks or if the food was ok.
The Cocktails were lovely and overall the food was good and came out nice and hot.
I would recommend for a first time to try but would not be a favourite to come back too.

Firstly, the food was seriously overpriced for what it was. I’ve had better quality food at the pub. Really basic, lacked flavour and was generally a big portion but very low quality food. Not proper wings just tiny little things, chicken burger was massive so impossible to eat, the batter crumbled off. No seasoning. The music was extremely loud my friends and I could not hear eachother at all, it gave us a headache. Only good thing was the photo shoot we had and semi decent cocktails.

Came back for a 2nd time and loved it even more. Everyone was just so lovely and friendly. Food was amazing I can never finish it as there is so much but the price is worth how much you get. Overall therr was a nice atmosphere to the placr. Will for sure come back again!!. Even more perfect for pictures as more things have been added and it looks nice. One cute bar man I forgot his name:'( but he eas taking all my pictures for me and I appreciate him so much cause they came out great hahah. Xxx

Service is disgusting, the staff are nice but the manager is rude, has a bad attitude and is very unprofessional.

Didn’t receive 3 items ordered, (2x Mac n cheese and one trap box didn’t come with corn) - after speaking to the manager, she said she will sort it out, alongside the cold food one of us had gotten. She then walked away and didn’t come back at all - this happened when ordering drinks too. We didn’t get fresh food (in replacement of the cold one) or even at least get it reheated, neither did I receive the corn which I had been paying for or the Mac n cheese x2. If we didn’t ask one of the other staff to order drinks again, we wouldn’t have received any. Additionally the lobster tails were tiny for the price.

The managers attitude really is rude and unprofessional. She sat there singing with customers but didn’t take care of others at all. Staff do not walk around to ensure customers are okay
- Not once did we get asked if “everything is okay”, which is the minimum standard in any restaurant.

Overall it was very disappointing.

Very poor hospitality, asked to be moved due to discomfort and wasn’t catered to.
In terms of decoration, it looks like an abandoned building that has been painted pink.
Due to bench tables I strongly believe that there should be a coat rail.
Food was okay however not worth the money.

Staff were pleasant. However not very attentive, the got my drinks order wrong by giving us extra cocktails we didn't ask for STILL PAID HOWEVER. Also got my food order wrong, didn't mention this as already waited long enough for my food I just settled as wanted to eat the same time as my partner. Covid guidance was adhered to which is good. Food overrated, dead vibe, scenery wasn't amazing. Overall rating 5/10 (3 for the cocktails 2 for the food). Probably wouldn't come back here or recommend to a friend.

Amazing venue, food and service. The staff were amazing and made sure my partner had a brilliant birthday. The food is unreal, however I wouldn’t recommend getting the £18.50 box to yourself as it is very large!

A great picture location if you’re on Instagram and greatt if you listen to more hip-hop, RnB and Bashment but the food was bland and quite basic. Cocktails were a 10/10 and the staff were very accommodating
