Great food and service.
Had a lovely meal with family.
Cannot fault the Food, However the Service was lacking, we were issued our Starters approx. 3 Mins after ordering which was super fast but makes you wonder if it was pre prepared, we then waited around an hour for the mains. A table came in around 40 mins after us and received their main meals before us which was frustrating, It appeared to be a table that had perhaps previously complained as the staff could not do enough for them and we did overhear them being asked it things had now been rectified, however they clearly don't maintain this level of courtesy for all customers. as we were left a little deserted, we also noted that we were not offered any after dinner Mints/ Face wipes whilst others were. As I said the food was really good, shame the service wasn't on the same level.
Taste and quality-you cant ask for better.
The typical punjabi taste is just on another level compared to other restaurants and staff is also very good.
Cleanliness and hygiene maintainence is also nice.
Highly recommended and would love to visit again.
Food was very tasty, nice portions and amazing customer service. It’s huge Indian restaurant on the strip of busy Colston Ave., (back side is on Corn St). Prices are more of same as you expect for any other high end fine dining experience than a cheap curry house. Loved their interior. The menu goes beyond typical curry plates with gluten free options, as well as fresh salad mixes. I was in Bristol for a funeral, and was a bit worried about places to eat since it is a kind of tourist city, but this restaurant is one of the best i have ever been in. The best advice I can give for this place is that if you go there for a night out, order the signature chicken Taka-Tak with garlic naan. It is all you need for dinner.
I had a reservation for 1PM. The restaurant closes at 2:20. There is no point of keeping the restaurant open in the afternoon if they are going to close in 2 hours.
The food was really good, but the time was not enough to enjoy the food
