I typically write reviews on trip advisor when I am delighted by the food and service. This is a rare exception where quality of the food and the service were well below average especially for rather pricey menu. Not much good to say about this experience. In addition it was extremely loud due to the pounding music from the adjacent bar. Certainly numerous restaurants in Amsterdam that are better on all fronts.

We ordered a glass of prosecco as an aperitif and it was the smallest pour I have ever experienced. We also ordered a bottle of red which was fine. For the meal, we shared the duck tagliatelle with a side of spinach and the lamb with a side of fries. Both were very good though not sure worth the price (I’m comparing to Manhattan, mind you). Not sure I would recommend overall given the service, somewhat overpricing, and stuffy atmosphere.

Honestly wasn’t impressed with this restaurant. Menu did not have many options as we expected from a tapas place. I think they need to change the menu to be more true to a tapas restaurant and lower the prices. I did not think the food was worth the price stated on the menu.

I booked a table on the train from the airport as the restaurant is very close to the central station. The ambience is ok, even though it feels a bit like hotel lobby to me. The fires are nice though.
I ordered wagyu beef and spinach. Beef was lovely, but spinach was sandy. When I informed staff about my sandy spinach, they said thank you, but no apology was offered. Disappointing considering the price of 26 Euros for a small plate.

We went for lunch and the initial greeting was warm so I was expecting to have a good experience, from this point on it went down hill. The restaurant wasn't busy but it still took 20 mins to take an order then another 40-50 mins to bring out to cold starters in this time I complained about the delay they were able to serve fried vegetables before serving my tartar😡 it didn't improve with the mains taking just as long.

Won't be going back
