As the name indicates, our pizzas are cooked in traditional wood fired oven that reaches temperature of 500 degrees celsius. our chefs are passionate about pizza and have every skill to deliver an unforgettable experience to our customers.
500 degrees is not just any regular place, but it is a restaurant where food is given high importance. It is a place where passion and great taste take centre stage.
Saturday: 11:30 - 23:00
Sunday: 11:30 - 22:00
Restaurant isn't exactly atmospheric, cosy or plush, but the pizza is the best in the area; fantastic dough and authentic toppings.
Really enjoyed our meal last Saturday. Had starter, main course of pizza. Red wine. Beer . Puddings. Couldn't complain even though they were short staffed. Food was delicious. Staff friendly. Great value for money. Wpuld definitely reccommend.
We’re currently having a kitchen renovation and, missing our weekly pizza, are trying a few local restaurants instead. The pizza here was hot, well flavoured and looked hand made instead of mass produced... very tasty. We had a good bottle of red and it was all reasonably priced. Portions are on the large size and the table next to us were given boxes to take away their uneaten pizze/garlic bread. Only one very hard working waitress was on duty and she was doing her very best, so service was not the speediest but was friendly and efficient.
Third time eaten here but this time disappointed - pizza was burnt on underside and centre seemed under-cooked. Didn't complain as part of large party.
Definitely in my top 10 for the best pizza places in London. I only discovered this place a week ago and I have already been there twice for a pizza!
I would love it if they put Quattro formaggi on the menu, my favourite! 🙂
Works leaving meal. Very enjoyable evening with great food 🍕
Great authentic Neapolitan pizza, a real local gem, and if you enjoy good quality pizza, you DEFINITELY need to check it out!
First time here and what a little gem of a place. Pizzas were perfect as was the pecerino salad, the dressing especially. Good wine selection at very reasonable prices - very good value all round. We both thouroughly enjoyed, will return and highly recommend.
The pizza is sooo delicious, easily the best pizza I’ve had. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out.
Went as family for Mothers Day as had been recommended by Italian friends for good pizza. Only one lady serving who seemed a bit over worked. Had to remake one pizza as did not come as ordered. Toppings were nice but pizzas were very soggy. My pint of beer was a third foam.. nobody checked on us and they took it personally when we complained about wet pizzas. Didn't offer anything but took drinks off bill when we complained again. Very dissapointing..
Came here for a catch up with a friend. Have been before, and just like the previous time the food was excellent. Mainly a pizza restaurant, though you can order a salad if you like. Pizza is cooked fresh there and then and placed in the wood oven. What separates this from some of the bigger chains is the toppings. They really are top draw, fresh and full of flavour.
I would definitely come back here and would recommend it to others.
Nice little pizzeria with authentic menus and decent service. Value for money and good for locals.
Nice setting but rather average pizza. The salad was good with a fine dressing.
(Though they had no record of the booking 'You made it on the computer? Oh, we don't see those')
Service was very poor which affected the overall experience. The staff were sitting up at a table near the pizza oven talking amongst themselves the entire time and being quite inattentive resulting in us having to get up multiple times to request something.
Food was average but fair price for what you get.
First time and I wasn't impressed with the service at all. The male waiter is very abrupt and actually quite rude. Took an age to order. We were never asked if we would like more drinks during our meal. Once the food was put down, the waitress and waiter didn't bother with us. Despite not being busy, during or after our meal, it took 10 minutes to clear our plates and then we were left for a further 10 minutes. Not offered dessert or coffee. So we got the bill and left. A £23 bill could have very easily been a £45 bill had these two incompetents bothered to serve us.
Great pizza in a proper wood oven; the ingredients are different from usually seen and this gives a more rustic taste.
Love the food here.
very nice pizza from wood fired oven, would return again
Authentic Italian ingredients, with a lot of emphasis on good cheeses as the basis for many of the dishes. Burrata, fior di latte, pecorino, bufala all very good quality. Rich dishes and very large pizzas with plenty of fresh toppings. Very friendly helpful staff.
Good service. Nice and local. Food was nice. Would recommend.
Great local restaurant. I'm a sucker for a good pizza and this was very good. Nice and relaxed, will definitely go again. Good for couples and groups of friends. 1 minor quibble. Would be good to have some background music rather than the chefs radio blaring out. Won't stop me going back though. Do takeaway as well.
I loved the food, the quality was fantastic, not just the pizza but the garlic bread and dessert. The service was prompt and friendly. Great value for money, will be going back
Had a lovely valentines meal very impressed lovely staff great value
Very good pizza - atmosphere a bit lacking but would go again
Lovely staff and great food. Only minor complaint is that the restaurant was cold.
