I loved this place and will definitely come back. Their food was amazing, my hummus was very fresh and the seafood pasta amazing.

My husband and I sat outdoors to enjoy our meal. We started with the hummus and labneh platters. Both were enjoyable. He ordered the beef shwarma and I the chicken. Both were decent. Nothing to rave about. My night at this restaurant ended on a very sour note. I went to the restroom and walked in after a female employee. When I went to wash my hands I noticed that the sink was not functioning. Interesting because the female employee greeted me as I walked in and said nothing. I toyed around with the sink that eventually shot out a bit of water and there was no soap. I walked out of the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager because the female employee was now separating mint leaves from stems at the bar. This GROSSED Me out beyond belief. The manager accused me of accusing his employee because you cannot “film” someone in the bathroom therefore how did I know she didn’t wash her hands. After feeling accused by the management instead of being thanked for bringing it to his attention I will NEVER step foot in this establishment nor recommend it to anyone visiting south beach.
Our waitress was apologetic and pleasant however this was an experience that I will never reencounter.

Their “cocktails” were wine-based, and they never told us. Overpriced, food was cold.

We were heading to an evening concert at the Filmore and felt like eating Middle Eastern/Mediterranean and this was nearby, so it worked for us. It was a pleasant temperature so nice to sit outside in Lincoln Road. Food was nice enough and a decent size, but just missed the mark a bit vs what we had expected. The pita bread was very thin (cheap) pita, almost taco like as opposed to the thicker more traditional sort, that we were expecting. The calamari was a good size dish and was well cooked with a nice pseudo crunchy texture, but was a bit bland in taste and the accompanying sauce was so-so. The fries had a nice cheesy, parmesan topping, but looked like fries and I would have expected a slightly more exotic look/shape, even if the taste was unchanged. The cocktails were tasty. Not a bad meal by any means and if someone suggested going back I wouldn't complain, but by the same token I wont be rushing around saying 'you have to go there' to my friends.
