Tasty food and good portions. Nice to find fresh juices but they are a bit expensive (small glass almost £5). The price for the food is fair.
The food was ok once we passed the hurdle of ordering since they don't have many of the things present in the menu. In any case what we ordered was tasty without being exceptional. The service isn't great and they do not look after the customers much since they are more interested in chatting to each other that checking the customers.
Slightly lacking in atmosphere, but good food and friendly staff.
the starters were outstanding, yet the main dishes are average particularly the meat was dry.
Pleasant small restaurant space which I was greatly looking forward to trying having read excellent reviews. We ordered a lamb dish and a vegetarian dish both were very small portions. The vegetarian dish was something I hadn't tried before but could only taste the garlic. The lamb was pleasant but nothing more. Nice rice. Nice mint tea.
We would have been keen to try a dessert of some kind but were not offered one, or coffee. Indeed we were totally neglected after the service of our main course and had to stand up to get the attention of the staff.
The other rather strange thing was that a group of young people came into the restaurant as we were eating and stood directly behind my chair talking loudly playing videos on their phones and hugging each other - they were so close that they bumped my chair several times and were so loud I couldn't hear what my friend opposite was saying. They were not unpleasant - just out of place.
so sadly not a positive experience and one I will not repeat.
The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
It's a pity the restaurant wasn't busier.
I had the lamb dish and the meat was very tender. It was accompanied by tasty sauces.
I had Laban, which is a yoghurt based drink, which is healthy and delicious
Great new restaurant in Cambridge, conveniently located in the vibrant CB1 area, convenient for the railway station. Attentive staff and great Persian style menu.
Authentic, flavoursome, really interesting range of Middle Eastern dishes. It is a bright environment, but excellent food. Good cocktails and all at a reasonable price. Owner and staff are wonderful and very attentive. Highly recommend and will be going back.
Very tasty freshly made food in a casual space- mixed take away restaurant
Food simple but tasty, specially the starters. A bit chaotic service.
