Exceptionally draughty and cold ( Table 7) - removable windows and roof will be great for fine weather, but not December with cold westerly wind .
Drinks were ok .
Hopefully will revisit in warmer times

Lovely atmosphere and cosy. Drinks were delicious but pricier than other cocktail bars I’ve been to (but still fairly reasonable!). The staff were very friendly and service was quick and easy to order via the QR code. The only thing I was surprised at is that we had a table booked from 7-9pm (when the bar closed due to current restrictions) however we were told just after 8 to make our last orders, so felt a little bit rushed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our evening, and will definitely be back!

Lovely venue. Ordering drinks through the scan code is a nightmare & does spoil the evening. Academy should say where the tables are located either in the bar area or the conversatory rea would be help.

In the circumstances with covid restrictions was a lovely 2 hours our waitress was lovely and it was her first shift she was very friendly and chatty
This was our second visit and we will definitely return

Lovely atmosphere but very cold and wicker chairs were very uncomfortable, need thicker cushions. Bread very poor with tapenade, was expecting more artisan bread not a white roll with no taste. Not worth £4. Lovely cocktails and friendly service. Music was very loud.

Lovely place, lovely staff, too bright sparks my migraines, need to turn up fridges champagne cocktails always warm .

Lovely atmosphere and ambiance, with fantastic drinks service. The drinks menu was nice, but a little limited, however the cocktails themselves were amazing, mostly sweet. It would have been great to have a happy hour to try some more, we wanted to try them all. We tried the bar snacks, which were lovely, but again the menu was limited; understandable as they don’t have a kitchen. The decor was quirky and atmospheric, but we were sat on 2 very low chairs and one high hanging cage chair and a stool. Our party felt odd sitting at different heights, but most tables looked comfortable with tall chairs or comfy seating. It was different! Overall a great night in a nice place, and we couldn’t fault the service.

Great place, great service, great drinks but a bit pricey

We didn’t have any food but there isn’t a star marked N/A so I put good otherwise I couldn’t review the rest which was lovely. Cocktails made with care by friendly staff.

I asked for a normal table in my request, and I was told we would have to sit in a swinging chair not comfortable at all with that option, so we were placed on an overflow table next to a wall where people were all posing.. We had one drink and left wouldn't return any time soon

Visited friday night and all I can say is - those Espresso Martinis are the bomb.

The Long Island iced tea sharer was just a jug of coke that tasted odd, it kind of tasted like an ashtray.
The red wine seemed to be off - perhaps the bottle had been opened for too long?
Gin was fine, not a lot you can get wrong with that though. If I come again, I’d just stick to the gin.
I’d have a rethink on the Long Island iced tea sharer and the quality of wine. The wine in craft republic is superb, maybe have a word with them.
