   The beginning was not auspicious as my reservation had not appeared on their system. The afternoon tea was very pleasant but not quite what we were expecting. As a Michelin starred restaurant we had thought that it would be out of this world. Also we were shocked to discover that we had to pay extra for a second pot of tea. We sat in the bar area which is a bit soulless. Maybe if we had been offered the terrace it would have been better. Overall good but not memorable sadly. We had really been looking forward to the experience

   Booked and got confirmation that the booking was made, and when showed up the booking was missing. Family was put in a dark corner and not on the terrace for tea. Service not great as they could not remember the name of teas even.

   Service was slow. From ordering to receiving afternoon tea was around 45minutes even though it was not busy. The waiter forgot my daughters drink. The actual food was good and was tasty, although some of the bread was a little dry. We enjoyed the food, but expected better for the price and the Michelin star status.

   Waiter was fantastic. Food slightly disappointing compared to afternoon tea of a few years ago. Was generously gifted my Prosecco as it was my birthday. Sandwiches were ok, scones bit over done, cakes nice. Appreciate Covid impact do not being too critical. Hope the feedback taken in good faith. Thanks

   The Champagne afternoon tea was delicious. The staff were very welcoming but we didn't get our hot drinks until just before we left. So for that reason alone I have marked the service down a little. Otherwise the food was brilliant.

    Food was lovely in our afternoon tea, tea/coffee arrived long before the food so hot drinks were almost finished by the time the food came. Once the food came there was no interaction with/from staff until we asked for the bill.

    Excited to be having afternoon tea at a Michelin star venue. Massive disappointment! The booking system doesn’t work. Arrived at same time as another couple. Staff were not aware of either booking. Staff were pleasant and friendly, but we felt like the tea was cobbled together instead of being ready for our arrival. The food was nice enough, but disappointing. Nothing like the pictures on open table! Would love to be able to post own images. Did not meet expectations. Please people, find another place to have an enjoyable afternoon tea experience!

    The afternoon tea was small (three small sandwiches per person), two jams between three people etc., compared to other places. The cakes were not nice and despite pastries being advertised there were none. The service was poor and we had to get up to request more drinks as did other customers despite there being a lot of staff on. The person who greeted us was a bit surly and we generally felt ignored. We were a group of parents and children but were seated next to a loud group of adults who were drinking. Overall it was fairly disappointing and I would not recommend it.

    Reseveration for Afternoon Tea made in error. Meant for lunch in the bar area. Staff very accommodating and understanding. Great menu, consistently great food and drinks. Accepting of children and good children's menu. My favourite place to eat on Jersey.

    I wish I had heeded previous reviews. I filled in the comments box to explain I was allergic to nuts at time of booking. When we arrived, a (very polite) waiter took us to our table and said “I understand there are some allergies”. When I reiterated the nut issue, he then said that the information had not reached them and that unfortunately, there were nuts in everything... not just the patisserie (which I could understand) but the Victoria sponge, scones etc etc This is despite me saying traces of nuts was absolutely fine - just nuts as an ingredient being a problem. Who puts nuts in scones?! They DID ask if we would like to rebook for the following day when nut free items could be provided - but given they clearly knew there was an allergy issue in the booking in the first place, I saw little point in returning! The place looked nice, people were clearly enjoying themselves, but if you have any allergies, I would recommend ringing - not flagging in the comments box. We walked 20 minutes to get there and ended up going away hungry as my friend (understandably) didnt fancy eating alone! The next day we had a superb cream tea at the Grand Hotel instead.

    Despite booking an afternoon tea, they told us it would be a long wait because they didn't know we wanted afternoon tea. We were made to feel unwelcome by the staff. Probably because we didn't turn up in full business suits like the rest of the clientele. Rubbish service and attitude. Would not recommend. A shame as we had heard the food was good and thought it would be a nice Anniversary treat.

    They had lost our reservation, all the staff just stared at us when we walked in, and the welcome was very cold. sandwiches were average at best, cakes looked pretty but were all just mousse and cream no texture about them, and had the taste of having been in the fridge for a few days. Not what I would expect from a 5 rosette 1 Michelin property at all.

    Absolutely a god afternoon, with Best Scones ever and the Black butter was very good with the scones, and we had very tasty cakes. We would have liked more tea, but that was not offered.

    Very good value for a high quality afternoon tea - spoilt for choice in Jersey, but when it comes to the quality of food and preparation, Bohemia did very well and is possibly my favourite.

    We were very disappointed with the afternoon tea. My partner didn't eat any of the the sandwiches because the fillings were very rich, a simple ham or chicken or tuna mayo would have been suffice, it's like you were trying to hard to impress with fancy concoctions. The scones were ok but the little cakes we awful, afternoon tea in my opinion should consist of your classic cakes like Victoria sponge or carrot cake. We were overchargedelighted on drinks and had to go back the following day for a refund which was also an issue because the waiter was claiming that we had received the extra drink when in fact we hadn't. To top it all off we were unable to make use of the spa which was included in our afternoon tea voucher because apparently it was full.
