Our service was terrible, but the manager was very nice and understanding. I was underwhelmed with my crepe, but I absolutely loved the afternoon tea!!!

As we had booked through Groupon it was excellent value. Not sure I would have been happy to have spent nearly £50 on this. Food and service were excellent

Good spread. Could have done with more clotted cream and refillable hot water if not tea.
Pretty setting and attentive customer service.

All very pleasant. Food was good. A refill of the teapot would have moved the experience up to five stars.

Thank you so much to the manager and the team at the Kensington branch for letting me celebrate my birthday well. I was given a private table, the food was nice and filling, absolutely worth the price. Service was attentive and the staff were patient when my girls and I wanted to take photos against the lovely interior decor. Would definitely visit again!

Good food, but the tea was disappointment, ordinary tea bag for afternoon tea
Service also wasn't very good, waiters were toi busy. Food and drinks didn't Come at the same time. At the end my tea was already cold and I haven't even started the swseet cakes wich inclused to the afternoon tea.

Upon arriving to the cafe we were shocked when in fact the cafe was not open and it was under construction! We were never informed that the cafe was closed when booking. As this was a surprise for a friends birthday you can only imagine the embarrassment my friends and I felt, we were lucky enough to get in somewhere else for afternoon tea. I am extremely unhappy about this and we have had to compensation or apology.

The tea and food served was very good and we didnt have to wait long. Unfortunately the restaurant did not know we were coming for the afternoon tea. The waitress didnt know what kind of teas they have on their menue, so we had to explain to her. And finally we had to ask for plates as she seemed to think that the etagere with the Food on it was enough.

Treated my mother and aunt to afternoon tea. I was extremely disappointed with the service. We arrived went the restaurant was at an quiet period. Once seated we waited around 15 minutes for a waiter to attend to us but we were overlooked patiently waiting while the waiters were walking around avoiding contact while I was trying to get their attention. The manager had noticed we hadn’t be served as well as the two other tables there had been waiting as well. Once we received our order unfortunately it was dissatisfying. The atmosphere was quite dull and I didn’t enjoy the experience as I had highly recommended it to my aunt and mother. For the standard of the restaurant I expected the customer service to be immaculate. I totally prefer the service at Stratford Westfield!

Although we had booked a table and had confirmation of this they weren't expecting us. We were lucky as a table was available when we arrived. We had afternoon tea for 4 and it was good value and the staff were great!

The afternoon tea was at a higher price than advertised on their website. The pot of tea was tiny - enough for a cup and a half! Any more tea was charged for so the total was much higher than expected! Also the sandwich bread was very dry. Not impressed!

unfortunately I would not recommend café concerto for afternoon tea, the service was excellent however we wanted big pots of tea and were charged extra for another small pot of tea.
the sandwiches did not have any tast and hardlyany filling and the bread appeared old. the scones were very stodgey and not enough jam was supplied so we needed to ask for more again
there was a lot of clotted creme and that was nice. one of the pots of dessert had a hair in it so we asked for a replacement.
