The staff was fabulous, the location was great, the tea options were wonderful, the ambience was amazing but the food was only ok. I would recommend the food experience!

Definitely a highlight of our trip to London- amazing service, opulent ambience and table setting, lovely piano music and the food, tea and champagne exquisite. Men and women can both enjoy this. No one will leave hungry. At first you wonder why they give you 1.75 hours for tea- you will need it!

A very tasty menu, extremely friendly and professional staff. Loved every minute of my afternoon tea. They have so many options for every taste. A little on the expensive side but they go above and beyond. 100% recommend.

Me and my friend had a lovely time it was wonderful experience. The service and hospitality was so on point the tea and sandwiches and cakes just delicious, we definitely be coming back again and The London Landmark Hotel is highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful and it was very pleasant to have our afternoon tea under the palm trees. The staff is very nice and caring. However, the little cakes were quite disappointing and we couldn't finish them. On the other hand, the scones were delicious and we would have appreciated to have some more without being said that we will be charged for extra pieces. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel!
