The afternoon tea was amazing! Food was delicious and the service was great. The pianist was was brilliant, it was fairly loud as we were sat very close, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Venue was very nice with lovely atmosphere & tasteful decor. Though signage poor & had to ask where it was when directly outside!! Service was excellent and waiter/waitress very attentive. Although the cakes & scones were excellent the sandwiches were a little disappointing. Not enough filling and cold/not fresh from being in fridge. Fancy breads & fillings not a good combination. Pricier than the Midland hotel but very similar.

Scones gorgeous , sandwiches ok and only a few l, cakes too sweet and sickly and too many of them. Service not as god as would expect. No decaf tea which was very surprising.

The afternoon tea was delicious, perfect for a special occasion and the service was excellent. We were there on a Friday afternoon and it was fairly quiet - a few more people may have created a better atmosphere.
