Ceviche comes in many forms at Agua y Sal from around the whole Latin American region including traditional flavors updated for today. There are versions with octopus, shrimp and more. There�s also a raw bar and more hearty dishes like the Peruvian lomo saltado, spaghetti, fried calamari and shrimp with rice. To finish your meal, Agua y Sal serves a wide range of desserts like panna cotta, flan and key lime pie. Service is top-notch.

Deliciosos mariscos con recetas muy originales! El servicio excelente y súper amables
El servicio es excelente. Recomiendo de entrada las tostaditas de marlin, en verdad muy buenas. El ceviche de atún y el tropical wow, vale la pena degustar todos. Moqueca de camarón wow!!!! La sopa de mariscos no sobresale. Los tragos y cocktails muy bien ejecutados. Felicidades un lugar ampliamente recomendable
Un excelente lugar y una comida muy buena con sabores de toda la vida con nuevas interpretaciones y mejoras que hace una gran experiencia para comer. Si acaso en esta época, el restaurante debería prestar mas atención a la separación de mesas y el recibimiento de grupos grandes, ya que no es recomendable, si bien había mesas bloqueadas, eran solo 2 y tenían un grupo de entre 8 y 10 personas en una esquina.
Excellent and fresh food with wonderful flavor. We had a 12pm reservation and only 6 people came in after us before we finished. It felt very clean and safe.

Our waiter refused to speak English but others did! Menu in English and that was a treat, not kid friendly. Our food was excellent and portions large of ceviche.

The ceviche and the variety of them was so good it reminded me of the best of Peru with a quintessentially Mexican flare.
We were seated and were immediately distracted by a table of 6 youngish people, at least 2 of whom were excessively loud and probably drunk. We asked the waiter if he could speak to them, but he did nothing, probably fearing that he would get no cooperation from them and maybe get punched by the loud man. We couldn't hear anything the waiter was asking us, and we left in disgust. It was a Saturday at 7 pm, our last night in the city, and we had been looking forward to our dinner at this restaurant.
