Great service, delicious food, a perfect dining experience!
Normally all 5 stars but service very subpar. I’ve never seen it like this before. I know it’s difficult to get enough restaurant workers now.
We go about 3 times a month and eat in bar
Love the tuna tartare and the Al’s salad
Took the wife to Al Biernat's for Mother's Day. It was our first time going. Food was very fresh, cooked to our liking, and arrived to our table in a timely manner. The ambience of the restaurant was exquisite. Our server, Brianna, was above excellent. We will definitely be returning.
Mother’s Day cry! Marty was super, very personable, knowledgeable and met our every need. Foot was great but the red snapper could have been a little better.
Marty is a fabulous waiter and so attentive. We will surely go again!
Día de la madre
Did not like our server. Food was okay. Not worth it.
Mother’s Day Brunch. Everything was wonderful. Love Al’s!
Always elegant, even on the worst day of the year to dine out. This team knows what they are doing
Wonderful Mother’s Day brunch! Had Chilean sea bass, corn chowder and biscuits and gravy for the table. Did not disappoint.
Mother’s Day was not Al’s best day. Our service was painfully slow and our waiter disappeared multiple times. Steak came out well done despite ordering medium rare. Server never returned to check on our food and 30 minutes after finishing our meal, we had to ask another server to bring our cheek because our server was still missing. Unacceptable. Took 2 hours for brunch without dessert. Noise level was very high too. We usually love Al’s but I don’t recommend for busy occasions.
Food was luke warm. I had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was not hot or crispy.. gravy just basic. Had them at the Oak Lawn location. Food quality better at Oak Lawn. Oak Lawn has better food and service
Food is usually great but Mother's Day brunch was more room temp and for eggs that not good. Taste was good and service was excellent.
Had to ask waiter 3 times to make a grapefruit mimosa. Never have to do that whenever Ben is our server. Also when I ordered the filet I asked what I could substitute for red potatoes. I was quickly told no substitute on Mother’s Day. I’m good with that except that the table beside our table ordered 10 min later and ask what sides he can substitute and the same waiter said we have several choices we want to make this a great meal. I truly enjoy every visit especially when I speak with Mike Brosin about my visits except this visit was very disappointing.
Wonderful Mother’s Day Brunch!
Edwin was awesome and Lyle lamb chops were great!
Our food and service was excellent, as always! Our server, Steve, watched every detail and James, the manager introduced himself and checked to see how things were through the evening.
A great evening.
We clearly had much higher expectations! The restaurant was super loud (maybe because it was Saturday night?), the service was poor and the food was average, especially the desert.
Open table says the waiters wear masks: NOBODY (except for the bartender) was wearing masks and because it was so loud, the waiter had to speak very loud as well, all over our table and our food. And the restaurant is at full capacity and over crowded. We didn’t feel safe at all :(
Yes, the portions are huge and tasty, but is far from fine dining and far form an elegant ambiance and certainly far more expensive for what it offers.
The food and service were very good. It was a little on the loud side but I chalk that up to more people getting out and enjoying themselves with good friends and food.
There were 5 of us and 4 ordered the pork chops and I ordered prime rib. We all loved everything that we ordered! The portions were huge! Our server Brianna was very patient, friendly and seemed happy to help us. The managers stopped at our table and were friendly, joked around with us and happy to help us with anything that we were missing or needed. The food was very well seasoned, hot and served to the correct temperature. It was an all around great experience! We were celebrating my mother's birthday and she really enjoyed herself.
The only negative comment I have is about valet parking. I have had many bad experiences with valet people stealing expensive sunglasses, money, etc. I think that there should be a small number of self parking spots since there is no other parking any where near this location. If the ticket for the valet says they're not responsible for lost/stolen items and there are no other parking options, then either the valet should change their policy or you should be allowed to park your own car.
Our waiter was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, good trendy music. I did see some people being their kids, which is nice. They have a bit of everything, so I’m sure there’s something you will like in their menu.
Mother’s Day was a success because of this restaurant! Everybody loved it. The drinks, food and service was amazing.
Service was amazing but the food was not that good, Everyone at my table said the food was not that good
Great meal, good ambiance.
Bartender, waiter, hosted and James who I think was a manager were all fantastic and delightful. The steak I had which was a special from Local Yocal which was a ribeye was well marbled and delicious throughout! A wonderful experience!
Great service and excellent food. We sat in a booth in the bar area and loved it!
The food and the service was absolutely amazing!!!
First time to eat there - not that impressed. Portions were very good size. Appetizers were good, as were desserts, but steak was very bland and tough - not worth $70 for ribeye. Better choices in the area
Superb service and a variety of pleasing menu choices. We really enjoyed our dining experience.
Great service and delicious food. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fancy steakhouse in Dallas.
The décore and ambiance sets the tone right as you walk in; it’s elegant, classy, and simple. The menu is vast and gives you plenty of options. Some selections have an Asian flare to them like the quail and Brussels. The escargot with tortellini was to die for... the wine butter sauce on the dish was classic and perfectly executed and dipping the perfectly toasted baguette in it was the best way to enjoy the sauce! The Osso Bucco was tender and fall off the bone as it should be, packed with wonderful flavors braised in red wine and came with a wild mushroom risotto. Risotto very flavorful just a bit too tight... would’ve benefited from a bit more broth/cream. Craft cocktail and wine list also superb alongside Justice’s service at the bar top.
This was such a wonderful experience. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and our waiter Marty was phenomenal. He took extra care of us, making sure everything was top notch. We took his card and will be coming back to see him.
All of the steaks were cooked perfectly.. waygu ribeye and 2 filets
Ben the bartender/ waiter was on point!! Bar music a tad bit too loud for conversation across the table...
My husband and I invited some friends from Flower Mound to join us for dinner. When we arrived they were enjoying cocktails in the lounge as James had found them a comfortable place to sit back and relax. Our friends had not been to the new Al Biernat's and were pleasantly surprised. We had a leisurely, really fun dinner in the bar area. The manager James was a great host and Bonnie, our server, was fantastic.
Great service, food, and drinks
Our server was Steve and he took great care of us. One of the managers, James Gee, also came by multiple times to make sure we were having a great time. Another welcoming experience at Al Biernat’s!
It was my first time here and i loved the food and ambiance!
Amazing food and service! The staff made our anniversary very special!
