Terrible service, no one seemed to be in charge and I sat and watched 3 members of staff mock another customer as he walked away after asking a question. Your customers pay your wages, always remember that 😡

Covid arrangements excellent felt perfectly safe. The service very good and a lovely atmosphere. The food was very good and served really well all in all a lovely afternoon which made us want to revisit soon
We haven’t eaten out since before the original lockdown so we were apprehensive about what it would be like. The staff were great. They had visors and there is the option to order through an app if you want. They changed the table cloths between every sitting and were insistent we all wore masks if not at the table. The waitress was friendly and helped my indecisive companion choose her lunch. We ate from the lunch menu and were presently surprised by the portions. Overall it was a great time and great value and we will definitely return to try the other tasty options.
Lovely atmosphere, very modern surroundings. The food was excellent as it always is, the chorizo and fish stew was extremely tasty and the chocolate & clementine torte rich & decadent. Staff very efficient and friendly. Will definitely dine here again.
Our visit was for my daughters 21st birthday and we both really enjoyed our time at Alberts.
Everything was just perfect!
Love Alberts, the place is set out so nice, the staff are excellent and the food is amazing, I like the fact it is open all day, I like to go for a late lunch and spend about 3 hours there..

Excellent meal, my only criticism is as a vegetarian there is a limited choice which doesn’t seem to change at the minute. Appreciate things are limited but the veggie options used to be so good - not just cheese and onion pie, halloumi or pizza

Albert’s still insist on serving smoked bacon at breakfast. I’m sorry but most establishments would serve unsmoked bacon with a choice of smoked if required. This spoils the meal as have no alternative but to decline the bacon.

Went for breakfast and the food was delicious as always! Very Covid safe. However the service wasn’t great. Very pleasant staff but they just aren’t attentive. Forgot our toast then when reminded it took a while. Didn’t ask
If we wanted sauces and by the time we got their attention we had nearly eaten our breakfast. Such a shame as it spoiled our experience.

The reason for not five stars , our table was booked for 9.00pm and felt a little rushed to dine, couldn't have dessert unless take away.
These are diffcult times i'm aware .
Could be an advantage if the last booking was a little earlier then could dine in comfort.

Very efficient service with the new restrictions it is the first time myself and my partner had been out eating since February. Everything went smoothly I could order everything via my phone from the table the portions were large and tasty slightly expensive but the cleanliness and service made up for this

Overall we had a lovely experience and will definitely visit again. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and drinks didn't take too long to come. The staff were also trying very hard under the COVID-19 circumstances. It would have been perfect if you served normal margaritas :)
