Everything was top notch. Our waiter Fernando made for a great evening. We had two dishes prepared table side. The ahi and steak Diane. Both were delicious. Our favorite though was the Ribeye. Chocolate martini and crème brûlée for dessert. Recommend 10/10

Thanksgivin preset manuel $80 per person. My reservation was 7:30 they runout one of the dessert on the preset manual by 8:30. They don't even has carry out bag and using foil paper for wrapping. What a joke!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner over here and we ordered the sashimi and lobster bisque for appetizers, both are great. For the entrée we had the new york steak, very flavourful but its very tough to chew ( we made it medium rear and well done ) both are hard to chew, we have to slice it in small pieces. We added the sweet potato yam, very tasty. We also had some green beans,mushrooms with shallots, also very tasty. For desert we had the pumpkin pie, its not the best, i think people who don't like sweet desert will love this pumpkin pie, for me the pie is not sweet enough. The ambiance is very beautiful and the service is great.

A 4 pm reservation became a 4:20 pm reservation. The order wasn't taken until 25 minutes after being seated. Had to request to see the GM to make that happen. Food came 25 minutes after ordering. Food was okay, big portions. The staff appeared to be in a disarray but friendly and the GM didn't have a clue. I should've went with my original plans and gone back to Oscar's. Veteran's, (Brother Marines) they do not honor your service. I recommend you spending your time and hard earned dollars anywhere else other than Americana.

We were disappointed because the website said nothing about there being a special menu for thanksgiving. It was $80 a person and we could only order from the special menu. We were very disappointed with the food. The location was beautiful!

We went for the first time yesterday afternoon for a late Birthday Lunch for my spouse. Lovely views, clean outdoor area, great food and drinks, and wonderful service. Sad it took us so long to find this place so near!

Special family dinner for 7 adults, placed near entrance, beside piano player. Music much too loud .... even the dining staff had to lean down to speak to us for food orders. We were placed beside another group of 8, who were served before us even though they arrived later. Our service much slower and inattentive. We asked politely if music could play more softly so that we could have conversation heard at our table, but were advised that the other table paid for the piano player to play longer. Food was overall good, and Harvest menu is great value. But one of the guests in our party had lobster that was undercooked. Staff are friendly, and value is there for special dining offers (the server felt bad about the service levels and loud music and brought a comp dessert for 2 people, which was very thoughtful). Next time would ensure do not get table anywhere near the front, and opt for a night /time that piano player is not there as it is much too loud for restaurant dining atmosphere if want to have conversation. Would give another chance.

Skylar, our waiter, was very attentive and helpful. All of the food was good, except for the Caesar salad, which we didn't like at all. The Swordfish, wedge salad, and Rib-eye steak were all outstanding, though! As a person who is gluten-free, they were very accommodating, and could make almost anything on their menu gluten-free!

Your email said nothing about your lobster special starting at 3 pm. Thank you for accommodating us at 12 noon, but the wait for food was a bit long. Also, would you please add a second dessert like a fresh fruit option to any of your specials. Quite a few of us cannot have sugar, so we won't discard 1/3 of the meal because of the offending dessert. Thank you.

Overall, Americana exceeded our expectations. The service was amazing. The food was excellent. We could sit outside on the water, which made the experience over the top. My only recommendation was on the octopus appetizer. If this item is meant to be shared, it would be nice to have it pre-cut rather than come out as a whole piece. This is just an observation, as the appetizer, was still amazing. The taste, paired with the gnocchi, was incredible.

Wait time for food to be served was very long, the server forgot to ring in one entree and brought the appetizers at the same time as the main course. On a positive note - the short ribs were amazing and the view was fantastic. I have been a number of times before but probably won’t go back; there are too many restaurants in Las Vegas that give much better service with the same or better good quality.

QUICK REVIEW: Solid 4.5 stars. Great food and location. Service - mixed this time. This was our 3rd trip to Americana. Yes, we will be back. DETAILED REVIEW: We are Vegas locals and had a couple of celebrations, so we went back. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time to an outside table by request. Americana borders a small lake, and if you can put up with ducks squawking, it is very peaceful. Serena - our main server, was Excellent. She was there when you needed her, with a great attitude during our visit. Nice job! The only downside was the drinks we ordered took much longer to be served. Example - we ordered appetizers and drinks at the same time, but we were finished with our appetizer before we even got our first round of drinks. Second round took just as long - not sure why. Otherwise we would have given a 4.8 star rating. FOOD and DRINKS: Drinks were yummy, with a nice selection of cocktails and wine. We just had to wait (see above). Food was delicious. Nicki's prawns to start, with 2 orders of King Salmon and the Swordfish special for our party of 3. All perfectly cooked to our order and very yummy. The Smore's dessert to round out the meal - tasty! OVERALL: Americana is a bit "old school", but that is part of its charm. A real neighborhood gem. Excellent atmosphere, food and service. YES, we will be back.

The ending well scripted, the piano music too LOUD. I wouldn’t recommend Wednesday or Thursday night. We changed tables twice after initially requesting in our reservation a quiet table. Food quality has fallen off within the year.

Waiters and waitresses were polite. Host and bartender in the front gave poor service. The older male host/bartender was rude and short. I requested for outside seating and said I was willing to wait. He was short in his response to me and my date and said “sorry, I don’t know how long that’s going to take” and proceeded to tell them to take me inside seating. It’s not the worst service, but it’s definitely not the type of service you expected from a “fine dining” restaurant. The food was good, but lacked seasoning.
