Here at Amuse we cook from the heart, sourcing outstanding regional ingredients always in season to ensure they are at their peek. Our style is modern Scottish with French notes, elegantly presented and packed full of natural flavours where the ingredients take centre stage. Our menus change with the seasons to celebrate the arrival of new produce.

We are small dedicated team working together to give you a memorable experience, whether it's a few classic cocktails perfectly made in The Snug, bespoke tasting menu in our private dining room or a long lazy Sunday lunch with the family.

    Our evening spent at Amuse was as always excellent. Food and service was very good. The staff are all so polite. We will certainly be returning. Ann Hepburn

    We dined as part of Aberdeen restaurant week, 2 courses for £25. Portions were very small and I've heard from others that is standard, not just because we dined on a special offer. What we had was delicious and well presented. My lamb was beautifully tender and pink (beware anyone who prefers their lamb well done, you won't be given that option). We had sight of a menu with the normal prices: £13 for chocolate mousse and £6 for a cup of Nespresso coffee. We didn't try either of these. in summary, lovely food at eye-watering prices

    We went here on restaurant week and got a 2 course for £25 the wine was £40 but it was well worth it the food was outstanding and will definitely be back

    First visit to Amuse and we really enjoyed it. The lay out of restaurant is difficult due to the building and some tables do not feel part of the main restaurant. We had the taster menu and wine flight, the sommelier was really very good. The monkfish, lamb dishes stood out but the star of the show was the chocolate dessert, probably the best dessert I’ve ever had. (we were less impressed with the lobster ravioli and one of the canapés). It was a lovely touch having the chef serve us the monkfish course. The service was excellent and we will definitely return.

    Classy restaurant and the food is very nice. Drinks are quite pricey, but nothing over the too. £7 for bread at start came as a surprise, but it was tasty.
