The food at Angie's Seafood, was delicious it was fresh the wait time was long but the food was worth the wait.
Fantastic food and service. Definitely will be back
Food was great and so was the service!
We had a nice meal here. Had to ask for water twice, and ask for ketchup for fries. Thy said, all 3 people in our party were satisfied with our meals.
Food was delicious. Very loud and more of a party atmosphere, so not recommended if you are looking for a quiet dinner. Otherwise, good place to go.
Angie's was absolutely amazing - my spouse and I had such a wonderful dining experience the Friday before last! We made reservations for 515 and upon calling to schedule a shuttle pickup were told the driver doesn't get there until 5 so it wouldn't be until 515 that we were picked up, which was fine by us. The driver, Gabriel, (who we later found out was the owner's son) was so kind and courteous. Not only did he give us great menu recommendations when we asked, he inquired about why we were in town and seemed to genuinely want us to enjoy our special evening out. When arriving at Angie's, Gabriel let us pick our table. Pete, our server, promptly came over to greet us and take our drink order. We were pleasantly surprised to see Whistlepig Hog Boss on the menu and when we ordered it, Pete did not disappoint with the pour. Pete was fantastic throughout our four course meal, even offering dessert on the house! The food was outstanding - the best crab cake of my life (I'm from MD so this is a high accolade)!! After dinner, we started to order to Uber and Pete stopped us, saying Gabriel would take us to our next stop. We were very surprised that they would offer to take us to the Hippodrome as the website mentions the shuttle service is to and from hotels. Gabriel and Pete said it was no difference than them taking us back to our hotel. I'm so glad we chose Angie's over the other more touristy seafood restaurants in the area - the prices were much more reasonable (even with a more than fair portion size)! It was our first time to Angie's and we will certainly be back! Such a phenomenal dining experience and would HIGHLY recommend to all.
I made a reservation for Angies Seafood the morning of our dinner for myself and two people. We showed up to the restaurant 5 minutes before our reservation time to a packed restaurant. I assumed that this was fine since we were early and had a reservation. There was no visible hostess, and so we waited about 5-10 minutes before finally flagging down a server to ask where we should check-in. We were informed that WITH A RESERVATION there would still be at least a 45 minute wait and that every single person that was waiting also had a similar reservation. We waited for another 5-10 minutes to see if things were moving quickly before giving up and leaving to find another restaurant without a reservations. This was a huge disappointment.
Upon arrival there was no one to greet us in sight. There was already a few other people standing and waiting as well. After a good 5 minutes or so a young man came over asked if any of us had reservations. He began to seat people slowly. To me it seems as if they were over working him as he was the only one doing the greeting seating and he was clearing tables a liltle as well. We had a 715 reservation we arrived at 715 on the dot we did not get seated until about 745ish the food was a little slow to come out but our waitress did a good job checking on us. The food was good enough portion size could have been more as I have had more at other locations. Overall it was an okay experience however as we were nearly done a large group of scantily dressed woman came in and they were very loud and disturbing. I however wouldn't mind trying Angie's again at a different time of day.
Parking was easy on Broadway. Salad seemed bagged with 2 mushy tomato pieces and 2 pieces of cucumber. My husband said the cream of crab soup seemed watered down. French fries were pretty good. The shrimp stuffed with crab imperial was fantastic. Waiter seemed new. And they were changing the table cloth as we stood up. We'll go back now we know what not to get.
Service was slow.
Food was not made properly steak was crunchy. Wife got sick on crab imperial. Waitress had no clue what she was doing. Brought wrong food to table twice
Good food, good service. Will definitely be going back again.
Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From the bread to the crab bisque to the chocolate lava cake with iced cream all the food was on point. Definitely going back.
My family truly enjoyed our service. Excellent staff. Seafood was amazing
Highly recommended! The service was great and the food was delicious💕
While Angie's Seafood has a somewhat fancier atmosphere, it isn't stuffy. We enjoyed eating at Angie's for our lunch. (During the winter.) The appetizers and lunchtime specials are slightly more expensive than our typical meals out, but you get what you paid for. We particularly enjoyed the crab-stuffed pretzel, the Crabby Mac, and the Caesar salad. We also found the Pineapple Shrimp to be very tasty, although it was smaller than we had expected. Overall, Angie's is a typical medium-high tier lunch place, with the fancy atmosphere, medium-high tier prices, and typical portion sizes for its restaurant type. We hope to come back again.
Angie's Seafood was the best place I ate while in Baltimore! The staff was great! The food WAS AMAZING! Pete was our waiter and was SO AWESOME! Angie came over and talked to us as well. She was so sweet and down to earth! I would recommend times 100! Please visit Angie's Seafood!
My first time going and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! The food was amazing, the drinks packed a punch and was delicious, and Angie is a doll. She made us feel like we were guest in her home. Very accommodating, generous, and all around personable. This is my new favorite restaurant. I ordered the Angie’s Special and it was fantastic!!
My husband, sister and I were looking for a non-chain seafood resturant for a quiet dinner after a long stressful week. Angie's delivered exactly what we wanted. The food tastes amazing, was played beautifully and the atmosphere quiet yet welcoming.
I warn that you will pay for this meal, but it will be worth every penny. We will be returning for specials occasions and lunch (which is priced more moderately).
I highly recommend this resturant to everyone. It is in "Upper Fells Point) but off the beaten path. I think it is this that allows the management to offer more personalized service and such well prepared food. Enjoy!
We enjoyed an excellent dinner here on New Years Eve. There was so much to choose from it was difficult to decide but we were all happy with our choices.
This restaurant is a real local gem; not in the best location but only a very short walk from Fells Point; it is certainly worth it. Give it a try!
What an amazing find. Our entrées were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.
Food and ambiance was excellent. Had a really nice time and enjoyed my food. We had the hot crab dip, shrimp cocktail, 2lb snow crab legs and a grilled shrimp dinner - everything tasted great. We will definitely return.
What a find! this was our first time here and it did not disappoint. Food was great. Melissa our waitress was awesome. Free shuttle back to our hotel in the area. Definitely recommend
Steak was over cooked. Very loud.
Love Angies!!! We will continue to go there for special occasions!
Food was excellent! Very loud atmosphere! And service was fine!
Angie’s was outstanding! Amy, our server, was gracious, attentive and efficient. She brought us the most delicious fresh bread, Caesar salad and crab stuffed shrimp followed by lethal lava cakes and really good coffee. Next time we’ll take the shuttle which is apparently offered from many of the hotels.
Entrees were cold. Service was so so and it wasn’t even a busy night.
All three of us had the crab cakes and they were exceptional, Large chunks of crab, no filler, and a nice buttery, crunchy topping. I also appreciated the option of a baked potato as a side. It seems that fewer restaurants are offering baked potatoes, especially at lunch. We were the only table in the dining room for most of the lunch. That’s too bad, because people are missing out on a really great crab cake!
Angie's came very recommended and did not disappoint! We shared the Seafood platter and a pasta dish. It was perfect and delicious. Very attentive staff and not just our waiter, Pete ( friendly and awesome!) they all would ask if we needed anything when they walked by. The free shuttle is wonderful too.
