Annabella's House of Mozzarella
Menu is very small don’t go by what is on opentable app
The service was terrible and food came out cold. If you are looking for good Italian food there are so many better ones in the area.
The food is GREAT!! The service (including the owner), well... not so great. I'll be going back for take-out for sure!
Very disappointed. Menu on open table did not reflect actual menu. Ingredients in dishes not in menu and went sent back waitress was snarly.
Walked here from hotel before concert. Location excellent but service and food below average for what they charge. The main course came out before our appetizer and it took about an hour to get our check
Our reservation was for a Sunday afternoon. There were only 2 tables filled with customers. The busboy was trying his best to accomodate us and he was very conscientious. He spoke very highly about the owner and tried to convince us to return on a Friday or Saturday evening.
We went here for our wedding anniversary. I picked it because of the reviews and my husbands love of fresh mozzarella and Italian food. It did not disappoint. He actually said this food tastes just like my mothers which is huge. He doesn’t get excited about food ever and he couldn’t stop talking about it. Not to mention the service was great! Very nice people here! Def make sure you save room for cheesecake! 👍🏼
Excellent place with great food
Annabella’s in East Rutherford is a big surprise. The food was first rate and our waitress & restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive, especially with our 5 year old grandson. They had an excellent jazz band at 7, which added to the ambience. Their award winning cheese cake is the best we have had in a restaurant setting. A truly great experience.
This is a Wonderful place!!!
Really good food and friendly service.
The fresh Mozzarella Plate and the Amazing cheesecake is a must, both homemade and spectacular.
10 long time friends getting together for lunch which we do about once or twice a month
First time here and didn't know what to expect for a deli fronted restaurant. Mediocre atmosphere as a bit loud but very welcoming and friendly staff made that minor. Interesting menu with some new twists on regular Italian menus. The fusilli bolognese was very flavorful once I ignored the extra oil I could see in the bottom of the dish. Lots of vegetables and very good. A great wine list with pictures and descriptions of the wine. Linguine with red clams looked like it was floating in sauce but one I tasted it could ignore as it was great flavor and clam plentiful. Potions are large and prices average or below for what you get. Our waiter was asked to fill in for short staff and he was very patient, friendly and accommodating. I want to come back in the colder weather to try the fire fire pants on fire dish. Sounds yummy!
No wait time. Food quality & preparation second to none.... our waitress was sweet and polite.
Great place lots of food greAt band
Great food, slow service. They need more help. Would definitely go back though. And the Sangria was some of the best we ever had.
We enjoyed our meal at Annabella's. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was homey. Great service and delicious food. Would have enjoyed staying longer, but we had a show to go to.
Oh what a delightful experience! The food was very good and the whole night was a wonder
When we first walked in the door this wonderful crazy man greeted us and took us to our table. We sat down waiter came over we gave them our orders for drinks and for appetizers we ordered the plate which consisted of delicious homemade mozzarella roasted peppers next we ordered the chairman of the board which is a whole selection of different meats is your toe ham soup aside all these wonderful meats and cheeses and it was a delight next our entrées came out every one of them was spot on wonderful. But the real gem of the night was that little band set up in the corner it turned out to be one of the best dining experience I’ve ever had from the owner who sang like Frank Sinatra to the crazy little man who played-the horn ,,it was magicalI ,,can’t wait to go back so if you have an opportunity to go to this wonderful little place don’t walk run.
On a snowy night we decided to join some friends for a preplanned visit to Annabella’s. We had heard so much about the deli, so we figured the restaurant was worth a try. It was great! We were welcomed so warmly, joined two other tables of patrons who braved the weather, and immediately had our drink order taken. We tried several appetizers which were all plentiful and delicious. Our dinners were so nicely prepared. But...the cheesecake...AMAZING!!!! We will definitely be back to sample other choices, and we will save room for dessert! Thank you for treating us so kindly!
