They have changed the menu since the last time I visited many months ago. Some of the dishes I liked have disappeared and the prices seemed to have increased significantly. I ordered the Branzino which was excellent, but my guests were not at all happy with the mussels. The grilled bread was stale. The music was too loud. (I do not know why restaurants in Houston see the need to play loud pop music to drown out civilised coversation. A real restaurant is not a discoteque.) The service was friendly and solicitous -- they comped us two deserts which were good -- but the cuisine leaves much to be desired and the prices are not justified by the quality of the dishes offered.

The service was excellent and the drinks were on point. The presentation of the bread was fun to watch. The food was good, but not amazing. The fries with the steak frites was the best part of the meal. Crème brûlée was very good too.

This was our 1st time at Annabelle Brasserie. The food and ambiance was fabulous. We received the check and our waiter brought the point of sale machine to our table. Our waiter Geyzer never mentioned that he had added $38 tip. My husband without look add an additional 20% tip. He didn't notice until the next morning that the waiter received close to an $80 tip. So disappointed waiter was not truthful. Dalia

It was too loud, so we had to sit outside. The interior is very beautiful. The service was slow and when we asked if they were busy inside, they replied "not too busy." We ordered the pastry basket and were half way through before our coffee came out, so that affected the experience.

Experienced brunch yesterday with my 3 year old niece and it was an amazing experience. Granted there was an event across the street, however parking and the wait time was not too bad. Reservation was at 12:45, and we were seated promptly. Kudos to Katia one of the managers who was very attentive when she noticed I was carrying my niece and went to grab a chair for me. She was empathetic with my struggle and very patient. She came out and visited with us while we ate as well as Lawrence. It was my first time, however it will not be my last. My niece had a blast too. The food portions were large enough to be shared, so I had to take it home. Great overall experience
