Great food and terrific staff. Pricing is very fair and portions are plentiful. Highly reccomend.
Great food at a great price in a pricey area
A small place but very friendly and attentive. Food was great in very generous portions. None of the crowds and waits like the restaurants on the North End but just as good! Had that awesome neighborhood family feel.
Fun place. Not too fancy. Food is delicious. Service is friendly with a nice touch of Boston familiarity.
Traditional Italian fare at a local neighborhood restaurant with friendly service. The linguini with marinara was delicious, and provided excellent fuel for the next day’s Boston Marathon!
We had the mussels, lobster ravioli and the house Chianti. The Chainti was so good as was the food! Quality food for a reasonable price! Thank you!
The food was terrific for the price—-which was quite reasonable—although the portions were a little large. Service was excellent, even though it was a very busy night at the restaurant.
Excellent food at a reasonable price. Outside dining a plus.
I have been going to Antonio’s for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. It’s one of the best Italian restaurants around. The staff and service are terrific and always accommodating. If it’s not on the menu just ask and if they know how to make it they will. The atmosphere can be a little loud but I don’t go there for that. It’s the food that counts for me!! Try it. You’ll keep coming back like me.
First time trying Antonia's. I made a reservation for 3 at 7:30 on a Friday night. The restaurant is small but does have outside tables as well. The restaurant was very busy. They sat us about 7:50. Which I thought was pretty good. The waiter was very attentive. Not a long wait time for food to arrive to table. Food was very good. The restaurant was a little noisy. Parking is tough. I could not find on street parking. Parking in the MGH parking lot is a little pricey at $40 for 2-3 hrs. Wouldn't stop me from going back to Antonia's. I would just look for alternative parking.
Never disappoints! Food is consistently delicious! Shrimp grandmarnier, artichokes and antipasto kick off the meal. Anything on the menu is a done deal. Chicken marsala, parm, eggplant. Service is outstanding - great crowd - fun space. Wroth the wait. The owners do everything they can do ensure a fab evening. Run!
Our group of 6 were seated outside. Food was phenomenal. Service was slower, but our server worked her butt off. Delicious meal just have time to enjoy!!
Antonio's is a neighborhood place with simple typical Italian specialties, all prepared well - and HUGE portions at reasonable prices. I'll be enjoying my swordfish pasta for days :)
Love it here. Amazing food and fun staff
Tasty meal. Hot and delish. Nice place as expected.
The older gentleman we had for our waiter was outstanding. Attentive, courteous and fun. Made the whole experience that much better
Not much ambience, but very good food at a decent price. Wish i had caught our server's name - she was great. She asked if we were going to an event at the Garden (we were) so she made sure there were no delays. Plan ahead though - we did an early dinner to make sure we didn't miss the show opening.
I've been here a dozen times over the years. I keep going back - tasty food, and lots of it.
Worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Boston - food
Classic neighborhood Italian. Good service with local character.
I’ll put up with the tight low-rent ambience, for their food any day. This is the real deal. Great service, excellent food. The Bruscheta was amazing. Don’t miss it. The red sauce was fresh and flavorful, seafood stew was excellent, as was the cannelloni.
The food and service were both fantastic. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
Our waitress was excellent. Food was out quickly.
Excellent Italian food for a reasonable price. We had a great time!
La comida mala
Classic homemade Italian. We had a party of 6, with a reservation. Our table was ready early. Dinner was excellent! We had a variety of items between the 6 of us. Everyone loved their entree. Portions were huge and very well priced. Great find! Would go again next time we are in Boston!
Would not go back.
Have been here many times. Never been disappointed. Service great.
When we sat down the table was set on a dirty table cloth. That was the sign that we should have left. The prosciutto tomato and mozzarella appetizers were acceptable. The shrimp cocktail appeared to be shrimp used also for scampi in size and not worth the price. The main courses were terrible. The marinara used on the pastas tasted like tomato paste with no garlic, oregano, or spices. The gnocchi al forno was no better than chef boyardee in flavor profile. The linguini with meatballs used the same bland marinara. The meatballs were adequate. I booked the restaurant based on proximity to our hotel. That was a big mistake with so many good Italian restaurants just ten minutes away. Absolute rip off for the price.
Great casual Italian…relax and enjoy a delish meal
Easy to get to. Service was good. Food was delicious and served piping hot. Good crowd. Fast. Enjoyed our time there!
The food was good but not their usual great - first time I ever felt like that but it can’t always be a 10/10 can it? The ambiance was nice and the noise level was low, but our waitress was cranky, which made us feel weird :(
Just amazing dinner
One of the best meals I've had in years! Amazing service, lovely people and incredible food!
Creative food, very fresh!
A great italian food place with excellent food and lovely staff. A local neighborhood favorite. Not fancy or elegant but great basics. I go there often and love it.
Grand marnier shrimp is incredible. Love the stuffed calamari. Had veal parm and it was very good. Big portions and reasonably priced. Small restaurant that is easy walk to Boston Garden.
Nice clean food. Service was great. Quick and easy. We were going to the Bruins game so we were in a rush. I would eat there again.
Small and unpretentious, Antonio's was a delight. The staff was very attentive, discussing menu choices with us, and carefully seeing to our needs. We each had one of the specials and they were excellent - Mussels & Shrimp Over Linguine for me and Chicken Piccata for my wife.
It was loud because we sat outside & there were lots of rescue vehicles at 6:00pm on Saturday night!
