The city of Bath’s historic interest has inspired our bar and restaurant at Apex City of Bath.

In the restaurant, classic French cooking with a modern British twist is made with care and passion. This relaxed and informal restaurant uses locally-sourced, quality, seasonal ingredients to produce delicious dishes throughout the day.

The bar and outdoor terrace is equally stylish. Warm and colourful interiors are amplified by a fun and friendly welcome from an expert team. Catch up with friends, wind down after a long day in the city or pop in for after-work drinks, it’s always a pleasure here. Please note that lunch will only be served at the bar serving only bar menu.

On arrival the concierge failed to find our booking. He was very rude and dismissive and said that we can wait to one size while he try’s to free up something but it was very lack lustre.

I would definitely not recommend any dinning in this establishment

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant had no atmosphere. The food was okay, but nothing special. All that was available was a fixed menu which did provide good value for money, but it would have been nice if the a la carte menu had been available. We ordered a bottle of champagne which turned up warm and needed to be chilled. The staff took it away and put it in a chiller, bringing it back half way through our meal.

Calm atmosphere, attentive and polite staff, particularly Euan, the manager, who went out of his way to make our meal enjoyable. Delicious food, well presented. Our second visit and will definitely return.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary. Since we arrived the staff couldn’t be any friendlier!! They accomodate us by the window in a very spacious table.
My partner has a dairy allergy and the waitress was so kind to help us to go through the menu and find something suitable for him.
Food was delicious, Especially the home smocked salmon and the pork belly with clams.
The best touch was the dessert plate with home made macaronis and “happy anniversary” write on it. Thank you so much everyone!!
Really good experience, really enjoyable food and really friendly staff.
Definitely will be back.
