From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were tended to! We absolutely loved our server! The salmon and steak was cooked to perfection! Couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our wedding anniversary at! 5+ star for sure!!!!!
The menu is limited, service could have been quicker and slightly more attentive. Overall, good restaurant.

Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, took us almost an hr to get our entrees after the order was put in, the restaurant is at the ritz hotel, it was over prize hotel food. I do not recommend this restaurant and would bot go back
Great service and ambiance. The ceviche Amarillo was outstanding.
We absolutely loved dinner at Aqimero and will return again. We went with our two kids and all of our meals were delicious from the steak tacos and salmon to the burger and fries. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience, especially given that this is The Ritz. One round of drinks took over an hour, and when received they were not at all up to expectations for $17 cocktails. The cosmo tasted like a vodka cranberry.
The food, atmosphere and server were all amazing! The only reason that I gave 3 stars is that I reserved a high top over a week ago, and when I came for my reservation it was not available as they gave it to another guest. I took notice and it appeared that they gave it to someone that they knew. This was evident by staff member stopping by to chat with that person and they appeared to know each other.
As they do not value my reservation, I will not return. There are too many other choices in the city to choose from. Once again, everything else was amazing.
Awesome place for brunch. All 3 of the toast appetizers are definite automatic choices. Its valet parking if you can't find your own parking but definitely will go again.

The menu is more like a causal bar menu which I wasn’t prepared for when I booked a restaurant at the ritz. Maybe my fault for not researching. Food was good but average. Nothing amazing or spectacular. Same for the many various cocktails that we had. In a city with much food talent this place is sub par. Service was fine food was fine but that was it. No plans to come back. In my mind the ritz should be better and aim higher. The experience at the various restaurants in the four seasons blow this place out of the water.
Ambiance is great. Food is very good though limited. Wine list also is very limited. Assume this is due to Covid. Service was good but a little slow. Seemed they may have been understaffed. Will go back again though

Due to the covid capacity limits on the restaurant right now, we did have to pair down the menu in order to avoid waste during this time but hope to have the full menu back as restrictions ease. We hope to get the chance to give you a five-star experience at Aqimero soon.
Love our dates at the Ritz. First time back in a year and the food, service and ambiance did not disappoint. Great Covid protocols in place. Very comfortable set up. We will be back soon!

Our experience was disappointing
The lobby of the Ritz was beautiful upon entry. The dining experience left something to be desired. The table we were seated at was very dirty, the portions were incredibly small and slightly overpriced. The ambiance was strange in that it truly felt like you were in a hotel lobby given the number of guests carrying luggage through the restaurant.
Overall nice experience, def recommend the Queso Fundido with Chorizo! I do think the mixed drinks were a bit pricy, but otherwise it was a nice experience.

I am honestly surprised by my experience here last night when I celebrated my birthday with a few of my friends. You would think that an upscale restaurant like Aquimero would provide top-notch service, however that was absolutely not the case. I felt completely disrespected by my waitress from the way that she was aggressive and sassy with my group. Perhaps she was having a bad night, but you should not take it out on your customers. By this I mean spilling drinks on my friends, interupting me multiple times, forgetting my water, and trying to kick us out after our dinner. It was obvious that she did not care about our table and was just trying to do her job to go home. She was not classy at all by the way she harshly grabbed our plates and when I told her I still wanted to work on my water, she went, “umm, okay?”..
The food was extremely good as was the service. We especially enjoyed the personal touch from the manager!

We loved our means and very well priced for eating at the Ritz. She margaritas were amazing and such a good price for essentially getting 4 drinks for $20.

We visited for a lovely brunch on Saturday. The menu is creative and tasty albeit a la COVID to order and tends toward smaller plates. Service was very attentive and the setting is a Philadelphia landmark and just beautiful. This is a good choice and rather a relaxed pace as well - nice break!

I get that it’s a pandemic, times are tough, resources low, but when I feel like I can make everything better, including the watery drink with too much lemon juice and hardly any tequila, then the perceived value is quite low. This is a restaurant in the Ritz. I expected more. I think it will get better so I will try it again.

Def recommend. Everyone was so nice and the food/drinks were perfect.
I love eating here at the Ritz Carlton. The service the atmosphere and the ambiance was excellent as always. The only issue I had was that the food value and size seems to have decreased and I can only imagine that it is related to the current Pandemic and limited supplies.
