Ardoa by Vinothec Compass
Don't forget, our indoor restaurant re-opens from the 17th May!
Ardoa is a Spanish kitchen; wine and craft beer bar that uses only the finest and freshest ingredients. Conveniently located minutes from North Greenwich station and the O2 Arena.
Our wonderful hand-crafted menu is made up of a selection of sharing plates, not tapas. Formed of our bestsellers and favourites as well as some brand new luscious and flavourful dishes, this is worth the wait!
We recommend, depending on how hungry you are to choose 2-3 dishes from our a la carte menu.
Our head chef Idoia Guzman has put a modern adaptation on the traditional Basque cuisine, something a little different to your typical Spanish kitchen.
All of our food is paired beautifully with our extensive wine range, hand-selected by our wine buyer Keith Lyon.
We look forward to serving you very soon!

Food was not that great, very salty and overpriced. Staffs were amazing.
Nice food but the portions were really small for the price. Not good value for money. Service was a bit hit and miss.
Living across from the restaurant we decided to give it a try. The seating we were given was poor , even though there were other seating available! Overall service was not great . My girlfriend asked for a blanket which they said they had . We waited around 25min and no one had come to take our drinks !!
Excellent service , Excellent food, good ambience,
But v expensive
Great food, very tasty! Unfortunately the weather was not the best, but the waiters were really kind to offer us blankets.
Wonderful little tapas place with a great wine selection. The sharing plates were perfect mix of food.
No outdoor heating or blankets. Out of many items on the menu.
Absolutely amazing evening thank you to Charlotte and the two very kind gentleman owners for the hospitality and drinks. Yes it was slightly cold sitting outside but you all made it worth our while and we will definitely be returning to your fantastic restaurant once it’s warmer and we are allowed to sit inside. Thank you so much for making it a lovely evening. Harry and Jackie
Thank you so much Harry and Jackie! Was an absolute pleasure having you, we look forward to your return when the weather gets a little warmer, luckily the wine helped this time around. All the best from the Ardoa Team!
Could have been much better
Menu was limited but characterful Spanish dishes. Communication problems seemed to exist with the kitchen and a dish never arrived. Wine choice sound.
Excellent meal. Keith and Ian and their staff are absolutely splendid!
Wonderful food, everything we tried was amazing, really looking forward to trying next months menu
We came to ardoa because was recommended to us by a friend
The staff were so friendly warm and welcoming
We had their ala Carter menu was brilliant And definitely worth the money
I order the cuttlefish fish because the waitress recommended it as she said had never had Currie fish before but she tried it and loved it and to be honest she was not wrong
The whole place has a great set up and would recommended this to most of my friends
Amazing experience! The food is to die for! I loved the Black Bomba rice and the Hake dish. The peppers were surprisingly tasty, I wasn't sure if I would like it. I LOVED IT.
I don't think we had a bad glass of wine all night and they just kept flowing.
Would definitely recommend this place. Great atmosphere and killer food.
Food was good but very expensive for the portion size. I know it’s tapas...but this was ver small portions of tapas. Also £4.00 for 4 slices of bread!!!
Atmosphere was nice but I think they need to advertise as a tapas restaurant.
Food could have been seasoned better
Delicious food but v few staff so it took half an hour to get drinks & after asking for tap water three times, finally got some bottled after 40min! Food came out on time & was delicious. Good place to book before O2 as not so crowded & only a 2-3min walk - just allow more time!
