We ate here in real life when it was possible - the food was great - but tried twice to order delivery and although the order was confirmed, it was later cancelled. Very poor service.

The staff seemed very busy and overwhelmed. We had to wait some time to be seated. It started off well until the electricity went off, which meant our food could not be prepared. We were not made aware of the issue and found ourselves with just a starter and a drink for 2 hours. Eventually, we spoke to the chef who informed us of the issue. We opted for the festive menu (£40 a head) and were asked to pay £20 each for just the drinks and a starter. We refused to pay half price due to the poor service and the manager agreed to bring the price down to £16. Communication was very poor. Jamie (manager) was super polite and apologetic and seemed to be the only one who was trying to resolve the issue an deliver good customer service.

Had an amazing Bottomless Lunch here with a friend - felt very festive with the beautiful Christmas decorations on the terrace. Food was great with Arancini being a favourite and all the staff were very friendly and kept generous with the Prosecco! Will be booking for next weekend.

Lovely heated terrace, so festive with the most stunning decorations! Food was delicious, especially the truffle tortellini and the steak. Nice place to go with friends to sit outside and eat. Really good value too!

Always good to see a short menu as it means they can pay attention to all the elements and not overcomplicate things with the faff.

What a hidden gem. Delicious Italian food and great outdoor heated (actually warm) terrace. Also 2 courses and 2 hours of unlimited Aperol spritz or Prosecco for £35 absolute bargain.

Good simple Italian food, crispy calamari, truffle tortellini and chocolate torte. Bottomless prosecco. What's mot to like?!

A really lovely atmosphere and extremely friendly waiters. Delicious food. Smaller portion sizes, but very tasty. The outside terrace was also warm with heaters and an awning but still covid-safe. It was quite loud due to the windbreakers up, but overall a lovely experience.

What a treat! Very tasty arancini and the most delightful truffle tortelloni. My husband had the steak, which was cooked beautifully. Great service, nice cocktails, followed by some delicious wine. All in all a very nice evening - we will be back to try your lunchtime offerings. Very reasonable bill - which is always a bonus 😜

Had an amazing meal at Arenella, relaxed atmosphere and delicious comfort food! Favourite italian dishes, homemade and very tasty, especially the arancini! Was great to sit out on covered terrace, the service was friendly and felt very welcomed by manager Jamie. Will definitely return for my pasta fix.

The food was really outstanding and hearty. Generous portions, authentic cooking and really good value for money. I had the arancini (the best I've ever eaten), mushroom and truffle tortelloni (amazing) and finished with the apple cake and salted caramel (yummy). The staff were lovely and welcoming and we sat on the lovely covered terrace so was covid safe but still comfortable and warm under their huge heater. Will definitely be back soon!

Had an amazing afternoon here enjoying the Bottomless lunch with a friend. We sat on the terrace due to new government guidelines but it was really warm from the heaters so quite enjoyed it. Food was amazing - particularly the Nduja Tortelonni. Will come again.
