Great food and ambience. The staff were friendly and professional but a little stretched. Our 9.30pm reservation resulted in us waiting at the bar until gone 10pm and not receiving our starters until 10.30pm.
Amazing service and the food is tip-top.
Service was excellent, the food was well explained and the wine recommend superb. It was very enjoyable.
I had the tasting menu which came promptly with a fair amount of food. Overall though the food was decent compared to the price. The flavours for all the dishes were disappointing making us long for something more. The paella was definitely over salted, with the ingredients and meats being rather dry. I’m glad that we tried the place but would definitely recommend other places going forward if you want the tasting menu.
As usual this place doesn’t disappoint. I bring all of my friends here as I think this is the best representation of paella you can find in London. The service is also amazing and if you order properly you don’t have to spend a lot in order to have a great meal!
The staff are always amazing and super attentive. 10/10 across the board!
Wonderful wines by the glass and the food was delicious - it’s paella like you’ve not experienced before and the ambiance is superb - can’t wait to go back!
Great style but service very bad, mainly because the server insisted on interruption throughout the meal, even though it was obvious a business conversation was taking place
Awesome place, very beautiful, but the food is overrated and overpriced.
Great food and better attention
As usual the restaurant did not disappoint. I love it here and will continue to bring friends and family to experience this great place!
Very nice, quality food, impressive interior, friendly staff (sommelier could have been more helpful - he was v pleasant but just said things like ‘Cava is nice’ and ‘yes that dessert wine is nice’ - we actually asked if he could tell us anything exciting about the (beautiful and wide-ranging) wine list so we set him up to wow us. No.)
For the spend there are places I’d return to over Arros QD but it’s always fun to visit new places. And they have only just opened. Feel a bit hmmm about ‘elevating paella to new heights’ - the intro in the menu goes along those lines. Paella is food for the masses, reassuring comfort food. I guess chefs have to keep finding new food niches though and it was a good paella; the eye-wateringly elaborate interior design must have cost millions so you’re paying for that incredible stairway via a massive mark-up on rice I suppose. There were some interesting small plates - cheese stones, citrus kale salad, truffle puffs - that put the glitter around the core paella menu and show the chefs have more in their repertoire than rice and rabbit.
So all in all no complaints but wouldn’t rush back. It was nice, not amazing.
Pretty good. Great paella.
Glamorous surrounds but with so many good value Spanish restaurants in London, needs to do more to justify the menu’s price point. Presentation was pretty but was a little style over substance for some dishes. Service was variable, some members of staff were friendly and knowledgable, some not so. Has potential and still early days so it may improve with time and experience.
Great food, specially the paella. Nice atmosphere and good service
Staters are on smaller portion size but everything we ordered was wonderfully tasty. Almost too pretty to eat. The staffs were friendly and helpful, great service throughout our meal.
Great place. Loved the food and the service. Looking forward to trying the bar upstairs sometime, too.
Great service, fantastic food, proper classic paellas and innovating plates. Really good atmosphere
Por fin....en Londres
Excellent food. Service very attentive. Spent two hours at the restaurant. Appetizers and drinks served quickly. Main course a bit delayed. Desserts took fifteen minutes to be served. Waited for the check twenty minutes. I must say there were only two tables more having lunch at the restaurant. Too much time waiting.
Good food but slow service
