The lovely restaurant but not impressed by the paella! The other dishes are fantastic but unfortunately for the price that you are being charged, the paella is poor. We ordered the fish paella which was described as having prawns, monkish, etc but you couldn’t see anything ONLY rice. The prawns were just put on the top which were tasty.
The restaurant vibe is really cool and nice but don’t go for paella!!
I wasn’t able to join the party due to Covid. The girl who took my phone call to change the booking was very helpful and understanding. My children report that the food was fabulous.
Great food and a beautiful restaurant.
Really fancy restaurant with excellent choices of dishes to share.
Really good food, service could be better.
Great food and good service slightly too expensive but it worsed it !!
Amazing Paella and great for sharing with good ambience
One of the best paellas I have ever had!! The service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
Very bad service, very expensive. The food was ok but not hot enough
If you are thinking about going there: DON’T GO!
We ordered 3 paellas, which you have to wait 30mn+ to obtain, and after waiting that long and eating 3 pieces of bread (that they bring without asking you and which cost £20), they brought one wrong paella, resulting in us needing to wait for another 30mn……..
A nightmare of a night, especially when the bill comes at the end
Cocktails were bad too
But waiters and decor were great!! Nice people and very well decorated place. It’s a shame.
The restaurant is too opulent and doesn’t reflect the Spanish food’s soul.
The cheesecake could improve.
Paella was 10/10.
Beef cheek was 10/10.
The food is decent however the pricing does not match the quality you are receiving even with Central London standards. The ambience is perfect though!
Fun visit to a buzzy place. Great food and atmosphere.
Crazy prices with tiny portions.
I love Paella so was keen to try this place out. It's pretty high end so everything is expensive. Had lamb chops and aubergine for starters, both delicious. I have a fish paella for the main. It tastes really good but all you get is a fairly small plate of rice. The dish when presented looks grand, but it's a very very thin layer of rice (which is very tasty). I guess I'm used to Paella's in Spain where the portions are a lot bigger and the amount of seafood is a lot more generous.
This is the second time that we visit the restaurant and the paellas were really really good. Real valencian’s paella. However, I felt that the portions of paella are very small for the price that we paid, so I think that’s something that they should improve.
Great service and amazing food! Highly recommend
Food was tasty but overpriced and not worth it for me.
Amazing food, lovely service, overall one of the best experiences outdoors so far!
curiously enough, the starters are better than the paella!
Outside and quite cold, but great friendly service and definitely somewhere I will return to, once we can be indoors. The bar area looks good.
Well done. Pavement dining isn’t easy!
Spanish "arroz" that is really cook in an excellent way. If you like paella don't miss it.
The Paella was very very dry and had no taste at all. Very disappointed. Also very overpriced for what you eat. We paid £50 per person without alcohol.
Wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a delicious meal. The ambiance and drinks are lovely, but the food is average.
Also if you are worried about Covid, this is not the best choice for you. Although technically the restaurant put 1 meter between tables, that is definitely not the case with the chairs. In fact, my back was touching a guest at another table. So no social distancing what so ever. However, the service was great and when I told them my concern, they moved me to a different table.
Excellent! Great food and amazing venue, really recommended
We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Arrós. Beautiful restaurant with 5 star service. We started with recommended signature cocktails absolutely delicious, then we moved to our table where we had 3 incredible starters and a rice for 2, presa ibérica absolutely fantastic
Great Paella! Beautiful house wines, especially Cava!
Nice food very overpriced for paella. Great atmosphere though. Lovely interiors. They forgot it was a birthday celebration. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly.
Great evening, staff were amazing and food tasted great. A little to pricey...£15 for 4 pieces of asparagus and a few bits of cheese not sure we would come back but it was a great experience
The food is ok, but what you get for what you pay is just ridiculous. Come on, it’s rice...
Also, the mark-up on the wine list should be considered a crime. Very poor wine list with barely any interesting Spanish wines.
Avoid! You can get more for the price you pay.
Excellent food, service and venue. Pity there is a reduced menu but understandable. Will be back soon.
Best arroz in London , attention to detail , they take seriously safety measures, excellent experience !
As usual the service and food were outstanding. But we were disappointed to know that the cheese stones and truffle bombs are not longer in a la carta menu.
Great place and atmosphere. Definitely a place to go with friends. Also good for couples, provided they are OK with a lively atmosphere
Best paella I’ve had in London
Disappointed! Booked for a special evening with my partner and regretted it soon as we walked in.
No one on reception when entered the restaurant, had to wait to be seen because staff seem to be all over the place.
Was taken upstairs to a table that was next to a noisy group of people, waiter interrupted way too many times when looking at the menu to take our order.
Starters was cold, paella was burnt and cold, dessert was pointless as the ice cream was melted.
We had to ask for the bill 3 times and waited around 20 mins for the change.
Women’s toilets were unbelievably disgusting and unhygienic.
We left feeling hungry and disappointed!
For the price, definitely not worth the food and service.
The ‘Taste of Arros’ menu online and on the direct website is very different to the one offered in the restaurant. What is advertised as great value menu is actually really rather poor (one ‘cheese stone’, small chicken skewer, half kale salad and paella for £23) having removed a starter, wine and tea/coffee from the offering. We ‘replaced’ the missing starter with one from the a la carte menu, the delicious beef cheek at an offensively priced £17. The food is good but it’s not that good.
Very good.the service exellent and food very good
