2 for 1 on main course curry dishes
From a set menu. The cheapest dish will be free. The offer has no cash value.
Fantastic food, great flavours and comfortable setting. Clean and safe venue for a great evening.
Fully consistent superb quality
As always excellent food and a lovely vibe at the restaurant
Lovely food. Good portion sizes. Great service. 👍
too tired to write anything right now, may be later
The vegetarian dishes which we ordered were the tastiest I have had in a very long time. Portions for the side dishes were very small for the price though.
Food is delicious but when you compare to other places on offer in the city I'm not sure you can justify the prices when quality is just as high elsewhere for much less.
We very much enjoyed our meal at Asha’s. Food was of the highest quality.
Very nice as always. We had booked through open table where there was a 2-4-1 deal on main courses but we never got the offer. We went early so it was very quiet and therefore both courses came out very quickly so it felt a bit rushed. I like a bit more time in between courses. We were out after an hour and an £87 bill! Would have liked to savour the experience a little more when spending that kind of money.
The food was outstanding and the service was good. Some of the other diners were very flashy but they didn’t bother us. Maybe affected the ambiance.
We visited Asha’s for our anniversary celebration and were over the moon with our choice.
The service was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed and felt extremely safe. The food was delicious. I can recommend the Boat-mans Prawn curry which was absolutely stunning. My partner had fish biriyani which was huge portion and had a superb flavour with plenty of fish.
If you’re looking for atmosphere and great food you won’t be disappointed.
Excellent meal once again (I had been to branches in both Manchester and Dubai). Every server was appropriately attired for the current climate. Service was spot on. The biriyani I had was probably the best I had ever eaten. Will be back!
I love Ashas, staff are always amazing and the food outstanding... Don’t try and compare this is to your normal curry house, this is great dining, great quality ingredients, great service...
The service was very good, food was tasty and a nice relax vibe
Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and the best Indian food I have ever tasted!
I’ve been to Asha’s a few times now and I just love it there. Would definitely recommend it to everybody.
A Beautiful restaurant with plenty of space and great decor/ambience. Very professional and the food is excellent.
Gorgeous food best curry I have ever tasted the meat melted in your mouth, amazing cocktails! Just a beautiful experience 🍹😊
Everything was excellent but price wise was bit high.
An outstanding Indian restaurant. Asha’s offers a superb menu, excellent service and a really welcoming staff. I personally feel totally comfortable and safe during this Coronavirus crisis in its COVID secure environment.
Very pleasant atmosphere staff was lovely and efficient food was lovely
Well organised and good service, great food and choice
Honestly, so poor I cannot explain it - nor can I be bothered to do so. I’ve already lost out on money and had a great night out with my wife ruined by this place.
It used to be good. Perhaps it’s Covid related, not sure.
We went in 2017, it wasn't as good as last time, food more blander and less quirky, the service was really poor, forgot our drinks orders, brought them out at the end of the meal (what are we supposed to do with them then?!) We had a cake, waiter didn't add the sparkler candle, and put the 60 candles backwards to (06) kind of spoiled the moment
We had a lovely evening, we wanted to stop on and have a few more drinks but the table was booked for another couple, although some empty tables around.
Never the less, food always brilliant never disappoints.
A fair few kids running around which was abit frustrating as the parents didn’t rein any of them in, used the restaurant as a playground.
they would keep running past our table for the whole duration, doing relay running.
no fault of Staff at ASHA’s but We were having a night off from our beautiful baby of 18months to be out and have the noise coming from 4-5kids aged between 6-12, was highly disappointing as they spent 2hr just being silly and not one family member regulating their behaviour, unsure whether the staff asked them to deal with the kids!
Dinner was brilliant.
Cocktails in the chest were nice and boozy.
A fine experience, very tasty dishes. Especially enjoyed the starters.
Food was absolutely sublime, especially the Amritsari fish. Manuel who served us was very prompt and accommodating. We will definitely be returning soon, there are many more items we wish to try on the menu!
The only downside is that the lighting is very dim, and it was difficult to read the menu as a result.
From start to finish we received exceptional service. The food was exquisite....we can’t wait to come back, thank you 😊
Having been recommended the restaurant by a friend who has waxed lyrical about the place, we had high hopes. In fact, the experience was very underwhelming. It is a very large restaurant and they were busy. Service involved grabbing a waiter that was passing you in the main. We asked about the feast but were told it was 'one piece of this each, one piece of that each etc', there was no selling of the dish. Underwhelmed we opted not to bother. The squid starter was good. I'm afraid the main courses all tasted generic. We tried each others dishes and they all tasted pretty much the same. We won't be returning ...unless my friend drags me!
Fantastic food, great service would highly recommend
The food was excellent and service attentive and friendly. Thank you
We had a table with a booth, Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful, Ambiance was great even in these difficult times, We had a fantastic meal and will be sure to return.
Very lovely ambience, and of course AMAZING food - with very reasonable portion sizes!
A fabulous meal, didn’t particularly like sitting at the front of the restaurant we felt like we were in the foyer!!
But it was a really lovely meal and night , thank you
Excellent from stat to finish - social distanced very well, didn’t in any way feel uncomfortable or rushed.
Great food and service as always.
Chicken had a bad flavour
A plate of Bombay mix with yoghurt on top is not worth £8..
Poorest waiter service I’ve ever received so disappointed
Good experience. They rushed us a bit.
I think the tables are big, you'll sit so apart, its difficult to chat within couples.
Bit disappointed that we had asked for a private booth as it was our wedding anniversary but the restaurant was unable to accommodate us as the only booth for couples was in use and the other booths were only available for groups of four.
We were eventually seated in the private glass room with a family party, but they were lovely people and it was a nice ambience in there.
We had the Samosas to start with Chicken Tikka curry and a Chicken Biryani as mains, all beautifully cooked and the service from the waiting staff was excellent.
Absolutely love going to Asha’s the food is amazing and would highly recommend it
Nice place, good atmosphere despite social-distancing.
We had set lunch.
Nice poppadoms but there was only yogurt mint sauce accompanied them.
The starter platters were fantastic, particularly the succulent huge King prawn. A few leaves of salad would have made it perfect.
Disappointing main courses though. Chickpeas curry was dull and the other dish, fish curry, had almost the same colour and taste as each other. My expectation of Stone Seabass in my curry was dismissed as a favourless fish, almost like the cheap Vietnamese Pangasius fish. The sides were good, the fragrance saffron rice and very light and fluffy naan bread.
Next visit, we will order from the À la carte menu.
The angle of sunlight from where I sat revealed lots of finger marks all around the neck of water carafe, needs attention!
