OpenTable booking wasn't on system but manager was very accommodating which was appreciated.

Due to being so busy service was very slow at the start but a little rushed later on. Waiter's seemed overworked and didn't come back to ask how we were.

Food tasted nice but my Fiancé's aubergine dish was very small. Salad was very small and poorly prepared. No dressing. Starter platter was really nice.

I don't like giving poor reviews but the staff just seemed under prepared and over worked.

Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t have any record of our booking when we arrived and the maitre’d was a bit offhand, but he did find us a table. It took a while before we got our requested highchair but once a waiter was assigned to our table he was absolutely lovely. The food was very good with only one exception, some profiteroles which were hard and possibly only recently thawed out. A decent family-friendly option in Brighton.
