Nice relaxed place near Waterloo station. Short, fairly priced, but interesting menu with lots of plant food. Decent wine list, all available by the glass. Large outside seating area, but it can be a bit noisy as by the main road.

We pre booked our table 2 weeks in advanced. On arrival 1 hour before our booking we had an email to say our reservation had been cancelled. I rang through to the Plaza reception who transferred me to the Atrio restaurant, they apologised and said the table was still available. We arrived with myself and my 3 daughters to a sofa and very low table and two cosy sofa chairs. ( not really appropriate for dinner), we ordered our meal & drinks, the was busy with people who seem to be stood around us. My Daughter ordered the pizza from the main menu. When she started to eat the pizza, a piece of chicken was sat underneath a slice!! We called over the waitress who kindly apologised and we had to sit and wait for another pizza. By this time my other two daughters had finished their meal. To which they only being 7 & 9 yrs old had to sit on the floor. Even though the service charge was waived. It was still an unpleasant experience with finding a piece of chicken underneath the margarita pizza and reserving a dinner table for 4 on advance only to be taken to a casual sofa. When there were other people sat on laptops not eating on actual tables. The service was very slow but only 2 staff on duty plus a manager. Who didn’t even come over personally to apologise. Other than that the Park county plaza hotel was lovely .

Very quiet with little atmosphere. Booked for the bar as was meant to have brunch menu available on sundays. But only lunch menu available. Staff very friendly on arrival and did disturb us unless we asked. No pressure to order etc. Portion sizes were large. We shared two small plates and shared a club sandwich which was nice but burnt toast spoilt it a bit. Dessert also large portion. Wine selection good but pricey

Really underwhelmed by the experience. Open Table presents this as a vibrant dining experience. We went on a Monday lunchtime and that was all that was open. This should have been made clearer. Food was frankly mediocre and even though there were two staff and we were just about the only people in the bar, service was pretty non-existent. Check what is open before you book but TBH there are much better options in the area.

Smart bar, but shame about the television which seemed more appropriate for a sports bar. Service was very good and staff were happy for us to sit on a settee for a drink, then move to eat, and to sit at the table of our choice rather than the one reserved for us! Drinks quite pricey, but food tasty and large portions.

This is not a high end restaurant by any stretch. The food I good old fashioned food. The chips are frozen but the portions are big. Don't bring a date here your trying to impress. 2 meals and 2 drinks came to £70 quid. Was it worth it not sure.

Overall, a very good experience but there were some issues with the bill but which subsequently got resolved. Some extra angry supporters were misbehaving there in connection to the game but this was not the restaurant's fault. I would recommend this place.

Lovely food, top service but not the best location as we thought we had booked a roof terrace restaurant but we ended up at the side of a busy main road. We also didn’t expect football on the tv when we arrived. If you want quiet and romantic probably not for you.

Music loud and vague. Quite close to buses. Too many smokers, particularly given that the terrace is covered, albeit two floors up. Vegetarian options v limited - we had the pizza which was bland. Staff attentive.

The food was so great, amazingly quick service as well. Out table had a heater plus blankets were given out. Great experience over all.

This was an ok option for a quick drink in central. The outside space is at street level, right next to the roundabout and traffic is pretty in your face. There are panels that separate the terrace, but be aware it is not a quiet area. Service was great, and we didn't order food, but food around us looked very nice, bar-style sandwiches and burgers. Would probably choose somewhere quieter in the future, but this is perfectly acceptable if you are in a rush!

Nice staff, sheltered outside space with heaters, just what you need in case the weather turns. Moderate selection of alcohol, overall pleasant ambience.

Lovely place. The food and drinks were tasty, (especially the truffle mac & cheese and Caesar salad w/ salmon) and the atmosphere was perfect. We had an outdoor heater and were told they also have blankets if needed. Staff were friendly too.

Quality Service and nice vibe. Very affordable considering its central London. If I had a negative it would probably be to have a few more sharing options in the food menu but overall really good experience!
