Enjoyable meal, good sized portions, loved the lamb biryani. The samoas were good sized, not remotely greasy but did lack flavour but overall good meal and we will be back. Noticeable that doing a roaring take away trade as well. Good social distancing
Delicious Indian food. The chaat starter is a must
Can’t wait to come back. What a treat to have a restaurant of this quality in our local area !
Fantastic Indian food, with interesting twists. The truffle naan is exquisite. Great ambiance and good service.
Delicious food, plenty of vegetarian choices, and helpful, smiling service (even from behind a mask!).
Very tasty original Indian food In an elegant setting. A real gem of a restaurant
A friend & I were very excited to try Attawa, and we weren’t disappointed! The food & service were absolutely faultless! I loved the decor of the restaurant too. As a punjabi myself I can vouch that the gol guppa’s were fab!
Fantastic food - would highly recommend the lamb chops. The Palak Papdi Chaat (vegan)
on the sharing plates list was actually the best dish of the night. Great cocktails and nice wine list. Staff were super friendly/helpful and had great recommendations. Such a nice touch that they "brand" the naan bread.
It’s a great place with real authentic Indian food. The service is great and defo worth the money!
Food was amazing, service was a bit slow but very friendly
Complete lack of service - we were left for half an hour without being offered so much as a drink, even after trying to get the staff's attention several times. Got up to leave and the staff didn't bat an eye, or attempt to contact us afterwards.
Outstanding and attentive service. The food was great and the perfect portion size; special praise goes to the chilli naan. Definitely want to go back!
Fab restaurant, highly recommend
A much needed good vibe on the high street
Delicious. Brilliant service. Tastes like home cooking.
Very friendly and helpful staff serving delicious Indian (Punjab) food.
Delicious food and great service. Will definitely be back again and again.
Fabulous to have a quality Indian restaurant locally, please try you won’t be disappointed.
delicious Indian food- amazing prices and great service. Already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.
A great new restaurant, easily the tastiest "Indian" I have had in London. Two of our party had the dhal = superb.
Vegetarian aubergine was OK, more flavour and more quantity were needed.
Positively I will go back again and Dalston does need a goof Indian outlet.
Negatively. I thought the food was too expensive. A curry and rice reaching £15.00.
For a family, that's high!
amazing!!! best food and service and atmosphere, going back soon!
Great new neighbourhood restaurant in Dalston. Food and service both excellent!
Food was really delicious and the cardomon cocktail was lovely. Recommend the cold chat fish, the panko fish, the lamp chops and the Dahl Makani. Lovely decor as well. Really impressed!
Really tasty and great service. Lovely addition to Dalston.
The best homemade Indian (Punjabi) food that I have had in London. And I am Punjabi hence I can say this! a MUST TRY for all indian food fans. Even if you're not a fan, you'll be crazy to not try this place.
Loved this place, highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
Good food and nice quite small place. super good service
A good Indian restaurant in Dalston was very much needed before Attawa came along and we had an absolutely delightful experience during our first visit. The food was excellent (Punjabi food is my personal fave so maybe I'm biased!), the servers were very professional and friendly, and decor/ambience was one of the best I've seen in London.
What I loved most about Attawa was that they took special care to keep nuts out of the kitchen as much as possible, which was the first in any restaurant I've ever encountered! My partner is allergic to nuts and this was the most exemplary way a restaurant could have approached this issue.
