Great breakfast. As a vegetarian, I asked for some mushrooms with my avocado toast and they were happy to accommodate and they were delicious! Lovely ambience and perfect place to meet an old friend for a catch up over breakfast

Met with some friends for a casual Bank Holiday lunch, the experience was perfect from start to finish, very welcoming and attentive staff, superb Bloody Marys. The rest of the food was excellent, even the Cod goujons for the child were lovely, sometimes kitchens can’t be bothered for the kids meal, even though they’re probably more fussy than the adults! Yes it maybe slightly pricey for a casual lunch, but atmosphere, great food and superb staff soon justify it. Really looking forward to coming back.

My friends are I enjoy the food but the waiter was really unfriendly, not even a "hello" when we arrived. Even though the food is qualitative, the dishes are overpriced. I paid 34 pounds for a basic brunch...

We took some friends to lunch, encouraged by the very positive reviews we've seen here and elsewhere. We were sorely disappointed. The good: the decor and ambiance. Our corner table would've looked pretty on our Instagram feed if we cared about those things. The so-so: staff were polite but not very attentive, to the point we had to leave our table to fetch someone to bring us the bill after waiting for twenty minutes. The bad: the food was terrible and such small portions! We had a wagyu burger, a wagyu sando and eggs imperial. The eggs should be renamed to simply "egg" as that's what you get: one badly poached egg, tasteless and almost by itself (no traces of the lobster) on top of a half of an english muffin. Two members of our party ordered the eggs so we know it wasn't a fluke. The wagyu burger wasn't so small or badly cooked. It was only disappointing because we've had better burgers at fast food joints at a fraction of the price. Finally the wagyu sando would've been quite nice if it wasn't for the meat cut which had a lot of gristle that made eating it difficult and disgusting to see. If I had to guess I'd say that this restaurant has replaced well-trained staff with unexperienced cooks so eating there will be hit-or-miss. It was a wide miss for us.

We treat ourselves to food and drink at aubauaine 3 - 4 times a year and we will do this for as long as we can. The staff are amazing the food is amazing and the experience is perfect.

Great place - came across it after following an Instagram reviewer. Came in for lunch time with my wife. We were greeted by a lovely host who sat us down without fuss. We had couple of virgin cocktails, calamari starter; with lobster spaghetti myself while my wife had superfood salad with halloumi. The food was great, rich and quick to be served. The lobster spaghetti in particular was full bodied and rich which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely one to put on your list of places.

I've eaten here before and it was fine- but we just had a salad on that occasion. This time we had a two course meal; no wine, but a couple of soft drinks and coffees. The bill came to nearly £120 for a starter and a burger each. Food was totally indifferent/ poor. Aubain have a few outlets now, and it did feel like a production line experience. Pretty poor, really. It's why I don't generally eat at a restaurant chain.

For Breakfast with a girlfriend. There was no warm welcoming ambience, the eggs Benedict was with cured ham which was dry and the muffins were not toasted, only slapped on the grill pan for a short time so the muffins were cold inside. The table tops are covered in cold metal, not warm to touch and no table mats for the plates to sit on. We complained about he muffins that needed more toasting, but were not taken seriously by our waiter. Not value for money. £50 for 2 people. I will not go there again

I was looking for somewhere close to the Cadogan Hall for a pre concert meal with a family group of 7. Aubaine was perfect - lovely staff and service, great ambiance and really excellent food. 5 star experience.

Really enjoyed our brunch. The food and service were excellent as always. I wish the tables were a tad bigger but that's only because we had teas, coffees, juices and our food, so it was a bit cramped.
