Babbo restaurant

We were the only people having lunch in the restaurant and they decided to place us next to the til. I asked to move and once they finally cleaned another table they seated us. The drink we had started drinking in the bar was left on the side and eventually given to us. The service was so poor we decided to leave and go to another restaurant. The bill for two drinks showed £33 despite them being £10 each. When I raised the issue, the waiter apologised and said it was a mistake. We paid and left and not one of the staff asked why we were leaving. Awful service and the ‘mistake’ with the bill raises other questions....

We enjoyed the Babbo brunch on Saturday and really enjoyed the Italian brunch style of wonderful dishes being served by attentive staff. They were very accommodating to our vegetarian son and we had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's 10th birthday there. Highly recommended!

A little gem to be found in Mayfair. The food was delicious and the service was nothing short of impeccable.

No what I expected at all... Ambiance was not like photos on Instagram.. Food was normal/Okay.. Tables & the quality of materials (chairs, dishes, cutlery... ) was very ordinary..
Like a cafeteria style place... When you see ££££ sign in google search, You expect something more glamorous & Fancy... It was not a high end restaurant at all!
The car outside was cute!

Good starters. Very small plates of mains- we ordered a pasta dish for everyone and then had to order pizza (it is an appetiser size- 4 to 5 inches) and dessert...our kids are 13 and 8 and we r not big eaters.

Really nice restaurant with excellent food. Such a shame it was Covid quiet...

The food is amazing! Steak was massive and prepared just the way my son likes it! I never ate such a delicious tuna! I love it! Tiramisu and gelatos - also great!
The waiter looked after us well making sure we had everything what we needed and wanted.

The service was impeccable. Lots of helpful recommendations for the food and wine. The food was outstanding and everything was so fresh. Great atmosphere in the restaurant, it was busy but not too noisy. I will definitely be returning to Babbo.

Good restaurant, waiters are very forward. Not the best safety measure with no masks on. Great food, didn’t finish our bottle of wine as it wasn’t kept at the table, shouldn’t need to ask how much is left

The waiting time for the food was a little longer than expected but food was very good. Waiters were very professional and satisfactory.

Amazing food - the arancini is especially amazing, as was the lasagna. My wife had the perfect negroni. We went for lunch on a Monday so it was quiet and calm, just the way we wanted for a nice family lunch out. And yet we happened to run into a friend who was dining there as well! We look forward to visiting again.

We came to your restaurant for my birthday on Friday. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were amazing especially Adriana, nothing was too much trouble for her. The only downside was the restaurant was empty so there was not much atmosphere, but, Adriana did an excellent in keeping us happy. It is no bodies fault the restaurant was empty it’s the world we live in at the moment. We have recommended you to all our friends and family and will be back. The staff made my birthday. They are a true asset to your company. Many many thanks!

Lovely food! One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The chef was very humble and he plates his food with so much finesse. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone any day.

Excellent Italian food, well cooked and very high quality produces. Fine, intimate and classy atmosphere, better for couples than for family or friends celebrations. Expensive but quality must be paid.

Had a lunch meeting here and have to say the service is up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. Very attentive, polite and happy. Went with the lunch menu which was fantastic value and the food was absolutely top notch. Would definitely recommend

Lovely meal but we got sat upstairs on Valentine’s Day so didn’t get the full babbo experience so felt like we didn’t get the full value for money.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and had a excellent evening at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was spot on. Thanks to the staff at Babbo for a great evening!

Food was very nice - the portion sizing on the main course felt a little small. There was very few people in the restaurant but it was a sunday so i wasnt too surprised. Staff were lovely - I'd go back but at a busier time. I'm never a fan of service charge being included. I'm more likely to tip more if there isn't one.

The service was fantastic. Red prawn starter brilliant but main courses were a let down. Could not taste the truffle on the pasta as it had been kept in a damp place and lost its smell and flavour. The lobster pasta was also lacking in flavour and it would be better without the dried herbs. Wine very overpriced compared to other similar restaurants in London
