Inclusions are 1.5 hours of our Chef’s selection of meze and free flowing Mimosas. All guests must dine on the meze & Mimosa offer stated above during these times. Please list all dietaries when booking as they will not be catered for if 48 hours’ notice, or more has not been provided. Please note substitutions for Mimosa’s will not be accepted.

Good food and service, nice ambiance
We dined at Babylon restaurant for my partners birthday. We were only in Sydney for one night and had seen good reviews online. The food was good but the service was awful. The waitresses had no personality and struggled to communicate with us. We tried to order more drinks during our meal and were informed the bar was closed and we were not able to buy anymore. My partner and friend then went around to the bar on the other side which was still open and order drinks from there however the staff never made a suggest to do this. We also order dessert with our mains which then didn’t come out. For the price we paid, the overall experience was awful and none of us would return.
The food was absolutely delicious, they were smaller portions but we ordered enough to share everything! All the flavours went so well together and you could taste the high quality in the food. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very classy decor and furniture, helps make a special occasion even more special. My family and I loved it so much, we can't wait to come back!!
Great food for groups as share style and decent sized portions. Recommend choosing dishes from the menu to share over the 'taste' set sharing menu.

The food was generously portioned, delicious and perfectly prepared. The staff were friendly and hospitable. It was exceptionally busy and a tad noisy (but not unexpected for a Friday night). The layout of the restaurant is thoughtful in mitigating noise and conveys intimacy and warmth. I went with my husband but this place is perfect for anyone who loves good company and food. What we ate was great (and I'd do it all again) but if you can't decide on what to have or want it all, take at least 3 friends to try the sample menu to get the most out of what is on offer.
Had a fantastic meal and time at Babylon. Have to recommend you go with the per person banquet to get the best experience and mix of flavours/dishes. Having the option to move to the outdoor bar/terrace is great after dinner. Great vibe and environment.
Can't wait to be back again. All my guests were impressed too.

Food was delicious and loved the styling and ambience but service really let it down on this occasion. Had to wait 40 mins for our drinks by which time the food had come out.

Terrible service, waited 40 mins for our glass of wine, had already got to mains before drinks delivered to table. Stood waiting 10 mins to even be seated at the front, food was delicious though which was the redeeming quality!
It was a Saturday night so the bar section was super loud, can’t really talk in the restaurant due to the loud bar section. Nice decor.
Terrible drink menu....overpriced food and food was overdone....didn't taste like Mediterranean food

On arrival we were asked to wait
The front desk employee asked me to spell my name 3 times before confirming the booking
We waited 20 minutes after booked time to be seated
The noise was awful and distancing between tables minimal
We asked to be moved to a quieter table but were told no
We asked to sit outside but were told these were for the bar despite all being empty
Also that we would have a different menu if seated there
We then asked a waitress if we could move as it was impossible to hold any conversation in the noise
She kindly asked her manager
He quickly found us a table in the quieter area of the restaurant where tables were leas close together
Why the front desk female could not do this is a mystery she was very abrupt and had no interest in helping
We really enjoyed our evening and the food was fantastic as was the service

Wonderful lunch. Very attentive and friendly waitstaff like you don’t see much anymore- even offered to move us to another quieter table after seeing us hemmed in by a louder group adjacent. Food very good, with a great menu to choose from. Could not fault. Highly recommend!

Was a nice ambiance but slow service and not much food. Table of 4 left hungry and went to eat after the brunch
