This was our second dinner and our second amazing experience! Jack was our server both times and he is phenomenal. This is our new favorite “spot”!
Great dinner, Jack was our waiter and he was phenomenal.
Food is very poor and service was terrible the place was empty and your people are not train for that quality of the place, sorry
I tried Dinner and Breakfast already and your food and service is very poor.
Me and my husband had a great anniversary here. It was very busy, but we were completely taken care of all night. I enjoyed the food and wine a lot. My husband was recommended a great bottle of wine by the manager Julio. We will definitely be back to celebrate more occasions here.
I wanted to love this restaurant! But service was terrible and food wasn’t great so overall not a great value. I don’t even know who our server was - we managed to order by flagging random servers down (after long waits) for drinks/apps, dinner, and dessert (all different servers). At the end of the night we were befuddled and didn’t even know if we even had someone assigned to our table. Perhaps they were short staffed. I ordered the halibut and it was over cooked and the risotto was under cooked (almost crunchy). One person from our party ordered steak med-rare and it was cooked well done. We ordered two desserts: banana bread (overcooked and burned) and beignets (undercooked and goey inside). The restaurant and atmosphere is stunning - I wish the food and experience hadn’t been a disappointment.
Bummer that they didn’t have enough staff to sit outside on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon but the inside tables are very nice. Food is good and great location downtown Grapevine.
This was me and my husbands first time dining at Bacchus Kitchen and we loved it. The food was really great! The service was amazing. The manager Julio gave us some really nice recommendations on food and drink and was really helpful. We will definitely be back.
Excellent restaurant. Food had excellent flavor. Our waiter, Hunter was exceptional. Highly recommend.
We had a fabulous time! Hunter was an excellent waiter and attentive to all details.
All the servers were so courteous. We all enjoyed our experience as much as the food and ambience. Thank you again!
While our whole experience was good I am relieved that the weather was nice enough to eat outside. The inside restaurant was extremely noisy & more of a bar/nightclub scene. Would not recommend for a nice adult/couples night out. You wouldn’t be able to hear each other. Same with the rooftop bar! That was worse, very noisy & more of a bar scene.
Lovely restaurant. Good food. Friendly staff. We had a great time.
Lauren was very very good! She was sweet and kind and very efficient! She was always around checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed! She’s the best!
And Julio checked on us also. He was very kind also and made sure we were taken care of!
Hats off to these 2exceptional servers!
All good on point. Beef Carpaccio outstanding. Halibut perfectly cooked.
A little speedy, but overall a nice evening out with good food and nice environment.
Great venue. I have been a few times now and it's my new favorite place for lunchtime meetings and gatherings.
Retirement for a friend
Service was incredible – Hunter did a fantastic job. Food was great, atmosphere was on point, vibe is great. My only complaint, value lacked. Extremely expensive and portions were small. In today’s world, for me, it’s the value that makes it worth it.
Very nice. Service was good
We went for brunch. Perfect for adults. Would not recommend it for families. The outside patio is perfect for children to run around. Service was excellent. Friendly staff.
Food was somewhat disappointing.
Dry, day old bread, dessert dry.
Soup lacked seasoning.
2 members of our party had pasta, dry, no flavor.
Halibut & chicken very good.
Service good at beginning, slacked off toward end, had to wait quite a bit for dessert.
Happy hour and date night at Vin. It was a great time. Food was delicious and atmosphere was really good. Wife had the Ravioli and I had a Ribeye. Both were amazing. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly and a great cut of meat. On par with any fine streakhouse and miles above some. Prices were fair, especially for wine bottles.
I don’t think I’ve ever said this about a hotel restaurant when I’m not staying at the hotel but we’ll be back for the food.
The location is tricky because it’s connected to the hotel and food hall, but the scenery is beautiful. Good ambiance, so we didn’t mind the walk from the parking garage. The service was excellent. The manager and hostess addressed me by name based on the reservation. We were greeted by Waitress promptly. She was knowledgeable about the menu. The food was tasty! Mimosas were worth the cost because we shared a tier. Individually the mimosas are $9. I would definitely return.
Food was underwhelming for the price. Portions on fish (salmon) was small. Fish was overcooked as well.
Hunter was awesome!
Very good food and service was excellent
Also friendly staff overall manager was welcoming
Talk about INCREDIBLE service. I interacted with two different servers and both were so kind and absolutely accommodating while I waited for a friend, and I’m blown away by the FOOD. I had the ravioli which had a great lemony tang and I couldn’t get enough - I also tried my friends risotto and Halibut - again YUM. The manager also visited our table and Julio was so kind and gave us a great recommendation for dessert! 10/10 - I’ll be back!
Beautiful location, great ambiance. They do wine VERY well. Menu is creative, glassware is top notch and wines served at proper temperature.
Food menu is good...given all the other benefits, it is good enough, but wouldn't put the food execution as top of the list here.
Nice, private and quieter table, as requested. Starters ok, white bean soup bland (mentioned to GM who said we were not the first with that criticism), shared eggplant parmigiana (one of best ever tasted) and roast carrots for entree and side, both excellent (also provided that input to GM and server). Excellent Coravin wine selection. Dessert beignets quite genuine and tasty.
Nice atmosphere and decent food. We enjoyed our dinner.
relaxed atmosphere with great views of Grapevine train station. servers were attentive and polite. Food was amazing, just wish they had more of a selection at dinner.
Dined on fri night. Great atmosphere. Shared filet, roasted carrots, Brussels and burrata starter. Everything great, except steak was a bit on the tougher side. Cooked properly but a little more chewy than I like. Otherwise great experience. Good wine selection up and suwon the price range - price by the glass seemed on the high side but good selection.
very disappointed - they ran out of martini glasses and olives (??!!) Food was overpriced for the quality and serving size and I was appalled that the valet parking was $10. never again...
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Bacchus recently. Initially, we felt a little disappointed when our first 2 wine choices were unavailable. The sommelier came by our table to explain they were having trouble acquiring some of the wines on their wine list. He was very apologetic, and brought us another wine to try, which we both really enjoyed. We were even more pleasantly surprised when at the end of our dinner, we discovered that the bottle of wine was not on our bill. When we noted this oversight to our server, he indicated that the manager had chosen not to charge us for the bottle since the first 2 selections we wanted were not available. This was completely unnecessary, but we greatly appreciated this extra level of quality service. We will definitely be back, not because of the free wine, but because we felt like our business was valued. And the scallops were delicious!
The hotel was gorgeous and the food was absoultely delicious! We had the Bracchus Bread, clams and mussels, Steak, Scallops, and Ravioli - everything was fantastic! Great location on Grapevine Main Street.
Wet happy with the food. Service started slow but by the end of the meal we were happy.. The open feel does not help the obeisance. Hotel and restaurant is beautiful.
First time at Barchus. Experience was nice and elegant for a nice date night!
I guess we just can’t control the volume of which people fellowship. (It was extremely loud in the dinner area).
Service was polite but slow. Seemed like we waited and waited and then boom. My spouse ordered the clam and mussels appetizer and when served looked wonderful. However, they were so small it probably would require two servings to satisfy. She is very petite with a small appetite. My eggplant Parmesan was delicious and satisfying. Noise level made conversation difficult.
The ambiance is nice and the staff is very friendly. The food was ok, not very good, and very overpriced. I would go back for drinks and nothing more.
The food was delicious, and they had a decent wine selection. The bartender made a great martini.
