   Normally very happy. One waiter very good the other one not so good. We had to ask for napkins,serving spoon. My meal of bbq meat(3) was not nice. Noodles,rice and lemon chicken very good. I’ve been here several times for special occasions and although it is a little expensive it has been worth the extra. This time I was very disappointed

   First time ever disappointed, rushed in and out, food must have been precooked as served up within minutes felt so dehydrated all night sign’s of a poor Chinese . This was a birthday celebration which was not recognised even thou it was noted on booking. Total bill was not worth our evening and we went away saying next time we will go to Lians

   Outstanding as always. My only criticism is the noise. If the were to be some soft furnishings on the walls it would kill some of the noise

   Went for my daughter’s 9th birthday she became ill due to heat stroke as it was the hottest day of the year spoke to management to pay for the starters we just had and requested to cancel the main it was like asking for a million pound loan they rudely refused and told me if I didn’t pay in full they would not let us leave!!!! Charged us £151 plus tried to charge us 10% service charge my daughter was very upset and ruined the day!

   Dear Muzza, You expressed that your daughter was feeling unwell. As the chefs were in the process of preparing your main course, you asked if you could have your main meal served as a take away, which I arranged immediately. Your bill came to a total of £151 which presumably wouldn’t have been a surprise to you, as the prices are on the menus from which you ordered. If this is not what you expected from us, then I can only apologise that we did not meet your expectations. Banquet Chinese

   Fantastic food and extremely attentive service. Could have put the air conditioning on as it was 30 degrees plus outside. The lychee in ice helped to cool us down. Would recommend the dim sum and the belly pork was amazing. Helped to make my Mums Birthday really special.

    We came for a 30th Birthday celebration and the welcoming was great, the food was amazing and we were checked on by the staff throughout, really enjoyed our meal out and will come back soon no doubt!

    Travelled 40 mile to visit this restaurant. Food was lovely, presentation and quality of food was lovely. Full of flavour. Restaurant very busy, very loud but with a busy restaurant the acoustics of many voices is bound to be loud. Service started off well, until towards end of the night; had to find someone for desserts which was our main reason for visiting to have a signature dish.. they couldn't give us desserts as it was too late. We wasn't seated late, the staff basically forgot to ask us if we wanted desserts. Had to then leave my seat again to find a member of staff for coffees, staff member was a bit aggravated... think they wanted to just go home. I understand its been a long day, but if the service was attentive is the first place we wouldn't of had to ask and may of had desserts and coffees in their time frame. Then we was rushed out the door. Food great... service was lame. So after an 80 mile round trip...I won't be rushing back.

    As usual the service and the food were excellent. Atmosphere was a bit subdued, but if you eat out on a Sunday evening you expect it! But real chinese cooking - delicious.

    Busier than I would have expected for a rainy Friday lunchtime, but every single dish we ordered, from beginning to end, was delicious. The prawn and bean curd cheung fun and roast pork pastries were some of our favourites. We finished with the hedgehog custard buns and the lotus seed pumpkin mochi as our 'dessert', and they left us w/ smiles on our faces. For great tasting dim sum outside of Chinatown in London, it's a no brainer to pay a visit here.

    Lovely food as always but really poor service - waiters didn’t take time to explain food, bother to ask if everything was ok or find out if we wanted more drinks. Made worse by the fact we were clearly being rushed to leave at the end of the evening, with tables being made up for next day around us and standing over us to clear our own table. Spoilt what should have been a lovely evening with friends and experience overrode the excellent food that was served to us. Will make us think about whether we would want to return

    Exemplary as always. I think you would have to venture into London to find an equivalent quality Chinese restaurant. Outstanding food, knowledgable and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere
