Service pretty bad as on arrival at 3.30 pm only one waitress serving what was already a busy place. Took nearly an hour for someone to clear our dinner plates. Hard to get the attention of the sparse staff.

Had booked my table online hours before arriving to come in and be told due to lack of staff there was only pizza on the menu 🙃 in that situation surely the staff should of checked there bookings to pass on this information to there customers????

Most of the food came burnt sweet potato fries were black I'm surprised they were even served?! All the chicken tenders we ordered were burnt too. Alot of the food was uneaten and staff never even questioned it. Wouldn't be back for food.

Had a lovely time celebrating my friends birthday! Service was amazing, I didn't catch her name but our server was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The only issue we had is that we booked a table for 10 and there was only really space for 8, we asked for an extra chair and had to squeeze an extra person on the end of the booth seat as a result. Other than that we had a great time and will be back again!

Overall we enjoyed our family night for Friends quiz however service was very slow, having to ask for service for drinks and food. The fruit flies were also very off putting - we weren’t the only table and this wasn’t our first time so something maybe needs looked at. Value for tennents pints was good.

We were there two and a half hours and we had 2 drinks! We had to rush the second one to get to our dinner reservation on time. The service was almost non-existent. This is the very worst it's every been but it was pretty similar the previous 2 occasions. We won't be going back.

The restaurant was extremely busy, so when we arrived our table wasn’t ready and we were asked to wait at the bar, which then took up 15-20 minutes of our 2 hour time slot. The food was delicious, cocktails were lovely and service was quick, however we were then asked to move back to the bar and the table was needed for someone else, with no extension to the time we had lost. Overall the staff were very friendly.

Really disappointed!!! Booked using the app, menu had changed weeks ago apparently but there was no note of this until we arrived. Only options on new menu really are burgers/pizza or loaded chips or Mac however we were then told the pizzas also weren’t available (even though one had been made for a different table?!) difficult for us to then go elsewhere on a Saturday night Food was incredibly basic and not great value. Table was a sticky mess. Drinks menu also different from what was online. Overall bad start to a night out.

I hate to be negative because we’ve been to Barga numerous times and never had an issue! We booked a table for 6:30 on Friday for four people to celebrate our best friends getting engaged. Earlier in the week I called to ask if I could drop balloons in which I was told yes, during the phone call the girl also said she would ensure we got a booth which I was grateful for. On Friday afternoon I dropped in 2 balloons and a card to be put on our table, the girl asked if I wanted a bottle of Prosecco also put on the table for us arriving alongside the balloons etc - I said yes to this also. However, when we arrived at 6:30pm all booths were full and no balloons on any of the tables. I immediately went to the bar and asked if the balloons etc could be put on the table whilst I took my friend to the bathroom. When we came out the balloons had been put on the table but the card and the Prosecco hadn’t. Again I went up to the bar and asked if this could be arranged. The girl did bring the card over but no drinks. We then had to ask if we could order drinks and after they arrived we sat for 15 without menus - I eventually got up and collected 4 menus myself. Again no staff came near us and we had to get up and ask if we could order food. Overall the service was poor this night but I was especially disappointed that none of the stuff I had requested was done. In future we won’t return to Barga to celebrate an occasion for this reason.

Venue was cold …. Service was poor got the order wrong wasn’t busy so no excuse very unwelcoming staff. We gave our details when we arrived and still had to remind the girl we had a booking after waiting half an hour. Table was left with our plates on it with no one returning to ask for a drinks order …. First time trying it and won’t be back … shame staff can let a business down.

Staff were great, very friendly and chatty . It was a nice touch for the mums to be given a mumosa on arrival for Mother’s Day and a free bag of sweets . Cocktails were tasty but the food wasn’t great. Mac n cheese wasn’t creamy, it was quite dry and couldn’t taste the whiskey mayo as the sriracha sauce over powered any other flavour . Same with the loaded fries , not enough sauce . The salt and chilli tenders were just chicken tenders with Sriracha sauce, so not really salt and chilli . It also took ages to come although it didn’t seem that busy. Would go back for cocktails only , not food .

Food took over an hour to arrive, my pizza was burnt. Others I was out with thought their food was OK, but not brilliant. Both waitresses that served us were really friendly and helpful. I had a better experience the first time I was there.

We’ve been for food loads of times since Barga had opened a few years ago and always enjoyed it. Pizzas have always been our go to and have tried all of them, so when we found out the menu had changed we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to much. The food was pretty average in my opinion and quite a surprising drop in standard from previous visits. We will no doubt be back in future for drinks as it’s a great spot in Paisley but I doubt I would order food again.
