Pricy, but very good food, service was amazing, even managing to accommodate severe food allergies and dietary requirements. Steak was amazing, sides were great, would highly recommend for a special occasion. The drink I had, old fashioned, wasn't great at all, but everything else was. Pricy, but for a good steak place, in central London its understandable. Great for a special occasion.
Food was nice but very expensive and as such didn’t I feel represent great value.
There with clients who all said although the food was ok they probably wouldn’t go there again due to the cost and the fact that you can get a better dining experience if paying these sort of prices.

The service was great but the main course was a bit late. I had Waghu Rib Eye. It was amazing. The food was really excellent. Price was a bit on the high side.

If you want really fresh crab and lobster and very tasty quality beef, then this is the go to place. Mind you, You’ll pay for this quality but it is worth it. My wife and I had crab legs to start, which were delicious and the wagyu beef, which was probably the best steak we’d had anywhere. Slightly under cooked for what we’d ordered but almost perfect. I’m not to sure about the big long tables but this would only be a problem if they were really busy. Overall very smart restaurant and we’ll definitely return.

Never disappointing! Great consistency with quality. Everything on the table was delicious - especially recommend the chateaubriand or king crab legs, great truffle chips, and veggie sides. Polite and efficient service, lovely atmosphere. Perfect for large groups and sharing.
Wonderful venue and chose a Monday night so not so busy for special occasion. Just the two of us, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the food was a delight.
Great food and excellent service
The food was great, one of the better steaks I've had, and the service was impeccable, really enjoyed the meal.
So why am I rating it lower?
1) I didn't like the ambiance - cafeteria/family style can be fun but that combined with overly loud music meant that when it started to fill up you felt like you were in a pub rather than a nice restaurant.
2) transparency of pricing and value for money. 1 large grilled prawn for £21 is pretty steep. We ordered the chateaubriand for two and it was lovely but at no time did the waiter explain that was a £90 steak.
I completely understand market pricing and paying for quality BUT the waiter should have given us a price when we ordered.
All in all I could have gone to Hawksmoor or Goodmans and had just as good a meal for literally half the price.

The food and service were excellent. However the long tables are not my style as you are seated next to others who you have never met allowing no privacy at all. The tables are also broad so talking across the table is difficult and made much worse by the relatively loud music. So it’s only a place to go if you want good food and are happy to sacrifice communication.

the waiters went the extra mile, i explained about my disability, my arm is paralysed, so asked for my steak to be cut up into bite size pieces, when my meal arrived they had even taken my crab meat out of its shell for me, thankyou so much....

Good steak and lobster / king crab restaurant. We decided to try Beast after being told about it by their sister establishment Goodman Maddox Street. The quality of steaks as well as the variety was what we expected. The concept of seating being all on large shared tables was not to our liking. The service was excellent. We are still devotees of Goodman as the best steaks in London but this would be our second choice.

Overall a very good experience - food quality was first class and it is a pleasant change/alternative to have U.S.D.A beef which was delicious. It is also very unusual to get King Crab in London and I prefer it to Lobster. However my crab legs were slightly overcooked and this was a shame since the flesh then sticks to the inside of the shell - it is easily done however it is expensive and therefore deserving of special care in the preparation.
Service was charming and sufficiently attentive without being intrusive.
I didnt think that I would like the communal tables but in the event they were fine - I wonder whether if the resaurant was full I would feel the same.
All great until the very last moment after we had paid the waiter (including service charge) and he threw the credit card back on the table with the receipt and walked off, no 'thank you, enjoy the rest of your evening'. Completely unnecessary and ruined the atmosphere.
Quality and taste of food great. Crab is expensive but you know that beforehand if you preview the menu.
