Went for lunch, service & food was excellent! Our waiter was able to help me select a local beer from the menu.

This place is small and perfect. The ambiance is great and the staff are all phenomenal. The back house chef knows what he’s doing.

We brought our 20 somethings for dinner (21 bday celebration)... their choice. It was our first time and our 20 somethings loved it. They loved the beer menu and selection. The burger was outstanding. They said they would definitely go back.

Seems as though Covid may have forced them to take some short cuts with food quality. Pretty disappointed with all three things we ordered: eggplant wings (inedibly hot and way too much sauce), shredded chicken sandwich (extremely mundane with an extraordinary amount of aioli on top), bacon burger (just boring). Sorry beer belly! They used to be a staple for us.

Food and ambiance is always great

The food and beer selection was surprisingly vast. Everything was fast, fresh and delicious (although the poutine arrived only warmish).

The food was pretty basic. I got a chicken sandwich which was okay. I made reservations for outside but it ended up taking longer than anticipated.

We met my parents in between our homes for lunch. We had a reservation and they seated us on the patio. It’s a nice space, but they share it with the neighboring restaurant who had a solo person singing and playing guitar - who was very good and if we’d come for the entertainment we would have been very happy. Unfortunately, the music was so loud there was no way to hear each other. Since this restaurant had no control over the other restaurant’s entertainer, we first thought to just leave, but instead asked to be seated inside. It was much quieter and a good temperature. They have a varied menu with interesting takes on typical barbecue type food. The French fries are amazing. My 20 year old son got a sandwich piled high in beef, which unfortunately wasn’t his favorite, but might interest someone else a bit more of a beef eater. He really liked his starter boneless wings, though. I got the CBR salad. The beer battered chicken tenders were pretty good, but the rest of the salad was nothing special. It had the description of Gouda cheese, but the cheese had very little taste - it all just tasted like packaged food items. They have the Poulet boy sandwich on the brunch menu with very similar items on it and I am pretty sure it would be a better choice than the salad. My husband did enjoy his fish fry. I feel like overall the service was good, the food had some interesting flavors to it, but didn’t always live up to expectations. But, the floor was disgustingly sticky as though they hadn’t cleaned it properly in a really long time. The entire place seems to need a very thorough cleaning. I don’t think we will return.

We were pleased it be offered outside seating. Sadly, a singer at a neighboring restaurant made it nearly impossible to have a conversation during lunch. The food was good!

Not a negative person but it was not a good experience. Our waitress was terrible ( gave us water but never asked us if we wanted drinks. Had to ask for a soda when meal came) Waited over a hour for food and it was not crowded at all. The fries have no flavor and chicken sandwich was really bland. My wound up picking up a pizza for my daughter to take back to campus because her sandwich was a mess. Tried it for the name but I know we won’t be going back to eat. The outdoor area is great ambiance and they do have a great beer selection. Sure it’s a great place to have beers and see live music.

The guys and I come here every Saturday! The kappa is one of the best burgers in the cuse, the fries and the house ketchup are awesome and my man with the Golden hair knows what to do! Great food, great service, all around great place!

My husband and I lucked out when we went; there happened to be live music at the restaurant next door thin, crispy, peppery.

First visit back since their reopening, and food was even better than I remembered! Smaller tap selection, but honestly that made choosing a little easier. Loaded fries are to die for, perfectly cooked burgers.

Great experience, first time out since Covid and they have taken all the necessary precautions to make their guests feel comfortable. The Menu was diverse, service prompt and friendly, the Patio was very comfortable and offer a soothing atmosphere and finally the food was great!

Very comfortable environment considering the time we are in. So good to be back!!
