Our exquisite foods is influenced by Persian cuisine and prepared by Shirin our chef.

Bergamot is a gorgeous new trendy boutique café that stands out with its elegant design and food.

We also offer a top-notch socializing experience with our supper clubs cooking classes and cultural events, starting with infused Persian food and expanding to other cuisines. Our classes will host renowned chefs and provide a break from the everyday routine. We are also environmentally conscious and strive to reduce waste by using recyclable materials as much as possible, even in our fit-out, mainly using reclaimed wooden furniture.

    We had such a great experience at Bergamot Cafe. The food was really nice and the way they were served was very interesting and cosy. Such a great atmosphere and beautifully designed cafe. Every thing was good but above of all the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. They were such great hosts. To be honest never seen in any places before such a great, warm and full of love hospitality. They are truly valuable assets to the business. Best of luck and all the best wishes to Bergamot Cafe and its beautiful people. Love to go there again and again. 🥰

    Very nice place. tasteful dood with lovely and unique beverages to try. We went for brunch and we had a great time. Service was ok. I loved the little bubble gum treat at the end of the meal. Not really buggy friendly, if you have a little one with you try bigger places at Westfield

    I had breakfast in this cosy and tastefully decorated cafe. The food was lovely so as the service with amazingly affordable price. The service was top notch and I just loved to be served there. Now days in London you could hardly find a place that offers all the above in one place. I definitely will go to try their lunch menu.

    The food is not only delicious but truly exceptional. The decor exudes beauty and gives off a museum-like ambiance. While the service is good, a little more promptness would enhance the experience, and slightly larger portions would be appreciated. The location is superb, but make sure you allocate some extra time for finding the place if you want to be on time, especially if you're exiting the Westfield center, which can be a bit confusing.

    The atmosphere was very friendly and the place had a great vibe to it. The owner added a personal touch by greeting us and coming over to chat with explanations about how the food was prepared and what was in it which made the whole experience much more exciting. When the food came and it was as good as the descriptions we were extremely delighted! I would definitely recommend it to people looking for great food and a lovely vibe!

    We had a lovely time, the service was really lovely and the waitress recognised my friend who had been before. The food was delicious, so beautifully presented and the recommendations we received were very good. The blankets outside are also a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful time!

    Absolutely loved Bergamot. The restaurant and the outdoors was so beautifully decorated, the food was delicious and different to the usual Persian restaurants. The waitresses were lovely and even gave us a complimentary dish. 10/10 experience.

    Upon trying our food (Gilani Omelette for me) it was very salty and full of dried dill (as opposed to fresh as displayed by the picture). I did not mind and informed the owner that it is inedible due to the overpowering taste of salt and dill as there was too much of it. All I had hoped was for the omelette to be fixed with less salt/dill or even have the option to choose something else. I was told that this is how the dish is made and nothing can be done as the salty taste is from the feta cheese. My colleague chose a different dish which was also full of feta cheese yet this did not taste as salty and was missing the caramelised onions? I politely accepted this response as I was patient, bearing in mind it is a fairly new cafe. My colleague tried my omelette and mentioned that it was incredibly salty and just overpowering in general. I asked the owner to try the dish herself to which she did. The owner refused to accept that it was salty and to my dismay, she asked me “Have you ever had Persian food? It’s cooked like this?”. How very condescending! I felt belittled and taken aback considering the fact that I am not unfamiliar with Persian cuisine and it does not taste as atrocious as this at all. The owner took the omelette away I’d like to add that there was an eye roll before the food was taken away. The owner lied about removing service charge and refused to give us a receipt because she knew she charged us for it. I didn’t mind paying for service charge but because she refused to remove the salty inedible dish from the charge, I was disappointed at this rate. The owner should consider receiving further training on customer service, professionalism, and ideas on good will gestures as this seemed to be absent. I believe most of the reviews regarding this cafe are from family and friends as the owner was interacting with several people she knew across the room. Don’t bother coming here.
