   The bertucci’s in our area in Long Island closed - we were on our way to an out of town lax game and so happy to find a bertucci’s on the way! Can’t beat their pizza and those rolls…yum!

   My husband and I both had Chicken Parmesan for lunch, which was excellent. We enjoyed it very much and the portions were quite generous being of high quality and delicious. My husband had soup and I had salad with my meal and also enjoyed that along with the bread that came with our meals, with the soup and salad included with our lunch entrees, making it a great value. Our server was definitely excellent, being friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. We thank Bertucci's for the $15 off coupon and for the delicious meals. It was a great dining experience for us, including a very good value!!

   Prompt greeting on arrival. Pleasant, courteous server was attentive throughout the meal. The food was good. Nice to have the veggies piping hot. Server thanked us, and another staff member wished us happy holidays as we exited.

   Unfortunately, Bertucci's, as with other restaurants we dined at, are experiencing staff shortages, as well as chef's, line cooks, etc. The taste, and quality has dropped as did ingredients compared to what we experienced previously.

   No one present at the host stand to greet us. Stood there waiting five minutes, still no one. No servers even acknowledged our presence so we approached one to ask if we could be seated. Manager was seen working in the food preparation area and never walked anywhere in the dining area to check on things or greet guests at any tables. Server was attentive, and meal was tasty.

    My husband and I had lunch at Bertucci’s in Avon, Connecticut on Friday, May 28th, 2021, taking advantage of a $10 off $30 coupon. The food was high quality and nicely prepared. The portions were also quite generous, with soup or salad included with our entrees. We both had the sausage soup, which was quite good. My husband had the Chicken Parma, which he really enjoyed. I had the Four Cheese Ravioli which was also quite good. We also enjoyed the rolls as welt as the cannoli for dessert. However, I wished the menu included Eggplant Pomodoro, which was always delicious in the past. The lunch menu also did not include pizza, which we were a bit surprised, but we still had options on the menu that we enjoyed. Our lunch was a good value, but I think the dinner version of Chicken Parma is a bit pricey at the current point in time, especially if it doesn't come with soup or salad, as it didn't in the past.. The overall service was excellent with our server being very friendly, polite, efficient and attentive. The atmosphere at the restaurant was very relaxing with nice comfortable seating in a booth. There was also plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant. We have enjoyed multiple meals at Bertucci’s and it has consistently been quite good. I have always enjoyed the Roasted Eggplant Pomodoro and my husband always enjoyed the Chicken Parma. The Pucillo Pizza is one of our favorites when we order pizza as well as pizza with peppers and mushrooms. We always think the rolls are great as well as the soup or salad that has come with our lunch entrees!! Also, Bertucci’s provides a good value for our money, in particular, when we are able to use the coupons that they offer. We recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again to enjoy another meal, either lunch or dinner.

    Terrible. We showed up for a 7:30 reservation and they told us they had three couples before us and we would have to wait. Boooo! Terrible experience! Never will return to this location.

    We had the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever on Valentine’s Day. We made reservations for 7:00pm we got there and sat down no one came over for 21 minutes 7:21 we received rolls and gave our entire order drinks and meals we never got our drinks until 7:35 it was 2 waters and a sangria. I got the sangria which clearly was not a red sangria like I ordered it was very light in color. It was honestly just a terrible experience and I never complain I am a server and bartender and have been for 13 years and this just warrants a complaint. We then saw our server crying in the corner. I totally get being in the weeds, and overwhelmed but it was NOT very busy at all.... there was really no excuse for it. Another server came over and took over and she was great. She did say she notified the manager about the situation and the manager NEVER came to the table just looked at us, until we asked for her to come over. Overall terrible experience and I will NOT ever go back there!

    I was not happy that we made reservations on opentable for 6pm, but didn’t get sat till around 6:20 and another larger table was sat before us who came in after us and did not have a reservation. If tables weren’t available then that shouldn’t have been an open time slot. We were in an rush and picked bertucci because we could reserve and be in and out. Instead we had to rush eating with two young children Other than that everything else was great.

    I had one of the best meals i've ever had from here and I would definitely get it again. The noise wasn't even a problem and my meal was at a great price and the restaurant was absolutely clean. Even though I go there a lot this was the best time i have been there. I even recommended it to a lot of my friends. My Grandma enjoyed her meal as well and said that it was as I remember "Delicious". We had no problems getting in and it didn't take to long to get our food. My Grandma and I had a great time at Bertucci's.

    Arrived, restaurant was only 1/4 full. Took 10 min for a server to come over. We ordered drinks and food as well as we already knew what we wanted. 15 min later we still did not have drinks- 2 cocktails and 3 waters. They were already made at the bar however the server had not brought them over. Restaurant seemed to have multiple managers however they were not helping the busy server. Food was tasty and came out in a timely manner.

    We have always been pleased with our visits but this one was a disappointment. Service was very slow despite our pleasant waitress. Portion of Cod fillet was very small for $18.99 with no side just small serving of fettuccine. But a large thin bone almost an inch long found as I was chewing the cod was what upset me the most. I was more shocked than the manager who apologized and offered a complimentary dessert and said they try to find all the bones but sometimes they miss some. Obviously. I have frequently ordered fish in various restaurants and unless it is a whole bone -in fish have not found such a large bone. Will not order fish here again. Chicken Marsala maybe?

    Seated quickly with reservation, but not immediately. Service was a little slow...I think they were short staffed. Rolls were fresh and warm. Side salad for $4.99 was nothing special, and salads do not come with any meals now. Pizza was somewhat undercooked and crust was doughy. It wasn’t very hot either, and the mushrooms were scarce. Not the best meal I have had there.

    I love Bertucci’s. I’ve been going to lunches with my family for almost 20 years. Excellent food and value. Despite the fact that the service is inconsistent, I will keep going and enjoying the super fresh and tasty food.

    Reservation was honored on time. Got the 2 meals for $35 special. Waited a long time for salads to be served, and then our meals came at the same time, which kind of ruined the experience. Chicken Piccata and was cookies with gelato dessert were very good. Chicken Marsala was a disappointment; dry chicken with little flavor.
