Birthday yay. Had fun.

All safety precautions were clearly present. Service was attentive. Food was of good quality.

Ate safely outside on a beautiful day! It is a great lunch dining option in downtown Lexington, MA.

First we had a reservation for inside which we were a couple minutes early, so we waited, but they didn’t seat until 20 min after our reservation and then we were seated outside. We had a server and we didn’t find out until the manager came out that it was her first day. Our order was wrong. We had to ask twice for plates and silverware. The service was slow. It wasn’t the new girl’s fault, but the manager didn’t appear to be helping her out. The whole place seemed out of sorts. I’m not rushing to go back there with my family anytime soon.

The pizza was really mediocre! No red sauce and hardly any cheese.Also to charge me $11.50 for a glass of decent merlot was highway robbery!!!We won't be back!

Reservation helped a lot with limited outdoor tables. The staff was conscientious about keeping everything clean and distanced from other patrons. The menu is now more limited and I do miss a few particular dishes. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

We eat here a lot, because kids like it. Their pizza is pretty good. The menu of non-pizza entrees has shrunk a bit over the years and they dropped a few items that we liked, but there's still a handful of decent items. Convenient location in Lexington Center (a short walk for us).

My friend and I enjoyed the outdoor, patio dining. The area was nice, the waiter made his way to us quickly after we were seated and took our drink orders. The food was very good. There were two of us dining out, and only three rolls were brought to the table initially which we both found odd, figuring we would each enjoy at least 2, so we did have to request more. Overall, a very good experience and we would go back. Excellent cocktails!

Lovely outdoor setting. Quiet, considering you're on the street. Really nice waitstaff.

This was a Very Important day to me it was a Milestone Birthday!!! Service was terribly long. Ambiance& Atmosphere was Extremely Loud outdoor environment with very loud trucks driving by!! End of lunch the server& manager would not accept our $10 off coupon that Bertucci's sent me in email Aahh Absolutely will NOT revisit here!

Loved sitting outside in lexington! Lots of people watching and enjoying the wonderful fresh air! Food awesome as usual, service excellent as usual! No complaints!

Took a long time to be greeted, and to be seated (25 minutes after our reservation). Pizza is poor quality. Caeser dressing is too thick and came on the side - not mixed in. Romaine wilting. Music on outside speaker was tinny and a bit irritating- would prefer no music as there’s already a lot of street noise.
All this said, we very much appreciated that you were open and trying hard to serve everyone well. I’m sure the staff is very stressed out under these difficult circumstances, trying to adjust as we all are to a new norm amidst a lot of stress in their personal as well as work lives.

had a lasagna tht was frozen from b4 they closed restaurants, i saw a date tag the chefs forgot to remove from the bottom of it and it said january, it’s june now

Was there on day one of dining service (reopening day after corona virus). Wait staff was struggling a bit with long separation from kitchen area to the outside tables in front, which slowed things down a bit. Food was good (typical Bertucci's level), but they were out of stock on a few items from their regular pre-virus days (e.g., no Hoodsie's for the kids). Overall experience was good and it was nice to be back.

At restaurant for my birthday. Asked for a quiet table and manager did his best, but soon a party of almost 15 10-year old girls arrived for a party. The noise was unbearable. Manager apologized, but the restaurant is basically one large room, so nothing he could do. He gave us a slice of chocolate cake as an appeasements. He was very nice and was apologetic. Food and service was fine although it appeared restaurant was under staffed .
However, this restaurant has always been popular for kids and it’s far too noisy to be enjoyable for adults.

Bertucci's was disappointing. Although the menu is limited for me as I'm gluten and dairy-free, the salad was adequate. When the waitress was at our table, she was very pleasant but we didn't hear from her enough. I had to ask 3 people for a glass of water which took about 10 minutes to arrive. And the restaurant was virtually empty. It seems like the staff were more interested in talking to each other than to the customers. I would not go back.

Just ok. Two wrong orders. Food not anything amazing.

We made a reservation two weeks ahead of time, as we were attending a nearby concert. Table was not ready when we arrived, and what was given to us had to be the worst table in the restaurant, jammed up against the back of the restaurant in the path of every server. Service was terrible - no one took our order for 20-25 min or so, and while apologies were offered, it did nothing to improve our experience there. Food was unremarkable, restaurant was extremely loud, and manager complained to us that he was short staffed. Ladies Room had no soap or paper towels, and when the server told me to tell the Manager, I got an offhand remark about how he'd get to it when he could.....it was never done while we were there. We will not return to this location.

We have visited Bertucci’s restaurants for years and this particular visit left us disappointed. We ordered two Farmhouse salads with salmon as we do most times we visit these restaurants and the amount of salad dressing was insane. It was almost a soup instead of a salad. For the high price, you would expect better (salmon was great though). The staff was nice but clearly inexperienced.

I went with my parents, and the food was great except for one thing. My mother’s cauliflower bread was burnt, but the staff handled it very well and not only cooked a new one and took it off the bill, but also provided an extra discount to our entire meal. It definitely made the situations a lot better! The service is kind and the food is good!

Soda was not drinkable ..: watered down.. salad was fair with old soggy croutons .. bread seemed old and lightly warmed up .. pizza was wet soggy and undercooked . So disappointed..

The biggest problem we had with our recent meal was it took almost 30 minutes for anybody to come to our table and 45 minutes before we received our food. Another problem was that our table top was very sticky even after we got somebody's attention to wipe it down for the second time. The food was average. The best part of the meal was the $15 discount received from the Bertucci's diners club. We will probably try the Woburn location next time.

Our pizza was serve just a few minutes after our antipasto. So the pizza cooled off while we enjoyed the antipasto ... which was visually impressive, had a good variety, and very good flavors. The warm pizza, was good ... but nothing special. Was also glad they had a nice chardonnay (K-J), but $13 (before tax & tip) for 8 oz. However, that's several dollars more than I pay for the last BOTTLE I bought!

The food was less than mediocre and overpriced

Chicken Marsala was very good but Lobster & Shrimp Rossini with "pinch of pepper" was far too spicey hot. Toned down it would have been very good. It should be characterized on the menu as a 'spicey hot' dish as served. Food service was very timely/attentive but at the conclusion it took an inordinate amount of time to get the check.

Front of the house disorganized. Service not consistent. Food not as good as others in same chain.

The service was good and quick enough on a busy weekday dinner. Multiple good options for vegetarian appetizers. The vegetables pizza was not great but still okay.

Good food, decent service. Moderate noise level. Delicious bread rolls. We had to ask for drink refills a few times though.

Still had to wait for a table but they were really busy.

Was absolutely horrendous! Service was poor food was awful pizza greasy and farmers salad didn’t have the ingredients it said on menu and very little chicken! I don’t know how this location stays open!!

My daughter and I went to Bertucci’s on a whim bc there was a long wait at another restaurant. My only complaint was that we waited a long time for our waiter to take our order. After that, he barely stopped by our table to check on us. Other than that, the food good! I felt that the sangria tasted like juice. It didn’t taste like there was any wine in it at all.

Unfortunately take out took precedence over the dine in customers. I wouldn't come back here unless ordering a take out pizza. Food is declining in taste.
Staff was wonderful though and very apologetic about the fact that we had been forgotten.
Will not be back.

We have loved Bertucci's since it opened in Somerville decades ago. We still love it, but the price is a little high at this point for a large Margherita. Also, the crust is just not as good as it used to be, but it has been that way for some years. Service was excellent.

We had a very pleasant experience. They were waiting for us when we arrived and seated us promptly. The food was very good and the service was very attentive to our needs.
