Bertucci's - Mount Laurel

I'll start with the positives 1) customer service was wonderful. Both the host as well as the waitress were kind, attentive and helpful, 2) ambiance was standard for a chain style restaurant - not bad, not amazing - just standard, 3) Covid procedures were in place and with the exception of the waiting line guests were socially distanced.

Negative - the food was incredibly disappointing. We ordered the sampler, chicken marsala and lobster and shrimp ravioli. Nothing seemed to be seasoned AT ALL! Not the meatballs, not the grilled chicken wings, not the pasta or sauce it was in, not the marsala. More over, the sauce for the pasta dish seemed old and lacked the smooth, rich and creaminess typical of a blush sauce

The food and service were excellent. I would strongly recommend.

Bread is always good. Chicken parmigiana was good

Be specific if you make a reservation. I had made a reservation but hadn’t specified where I wanted to sit. So, the host was seating us in a corner next to the bathrooms that had chairs piled at least 6 high by 4 wide next to it. When I requested to sit elsewhere, the host told me I couldn’t because I didn’t request a specific seat. I was walking out of the restaurant when I decided to ask for the manager. He was very accommodating and told us no problem as long as we didn’t mind waiting for the next available table. We did so, and the food was delicious!

Extreme precaution has been taken given the COVID-19 pandemic. My party felt extremely safe and comfortable. I do believe given the circumstances the food quality may not be what it normally is with a steady crowd. There are areas of improvement in food quality and freshness. The service provided by the waitress was great and her sacrifice at working is greatly appreciated.

Great service and delicious food.

We are loyal patrons of this location. On this visit they had one server for the entire restaurant. They were out of one of their house wines. No bartender on staff, the server did her best to mix my drink but still wasn't correct after sending back. The server did her best. The fact that they blocked tables for social distancing with piled up chairs not a good look!

Salmon was burnt. 😡 Service was good.

Unfortunately, we actually like the food and the menu at Bertucci’s. But the last several times we have gone we feel as though the management is really lacking. This time when we went, the fire alarm went off. I realize these things happen, and I understand that you may have no control over it. But, nobody came out and made an announcement that it was OK, nobody apologized, it was going off for a very long time. My daughter and I went outside my husband and her boy friend stayed inside… I don’t exactly know at what point they were told everybody has to go outside until the fire department comes. Against my better judgment we waited until it was cleared and went back in, many did not. When we got back in there was still no apology, no can we get you a dessert, offer you 10% off next time, nothing and it still took forever for our food. It’s a shame we used to like the atmosphere and do you like the food but probably will not be back

Perfect place for our Christmas Eve dinner! Everyone and everything was great!

Bertucci’s is usually a nice place to go for dinner but Saturday night was different. They seemed to be off just a little! Service was slow and we actually saw one table get seated twice where the people left because no one came to take their order. That should never happen. Our server was very good and responsive, however! The food was good!

Nice informal chain restaurant. This Bertucci’s had great service. The food was tasty and hot upon arrival.

I’m pretty sure there was zero alcohol in my drink, which was annoying. Food was good. Service was extremely slow. Could never find the waitress when we needed her. Ordered one cannoli for dessert. Waited over 15 minutes then went searching for the waitress to cancel the order. I’m pretty sure someone walked to Shoprite, which was right next door, to get it. She ended up packing it for us and not charging, but will not return.

The service was exceptional. My whole family was very happy with the service we received even though we had kids dining with us, we did not get the feel as though we were a bother in anyway to our waitress (Jacqueline). A family oriented restaurant, indeed!

We used to go to the Marlton location but their food and service has gone down hill. Very happy here and food was much better than Marlton. Will be back!

We visit the Mt. Laurel location often and have been doing so for many years. The new Early Bird (3-5 pm) entrees are a fantastic value at $9.99. A staffer was outside holding the door open when we arrived. She said "I saw you coming when you parked in front of the door and

figured that you were the 3:30 reservation".
The sourdough rolls coming before the entry are always welcome and act as an appetizer for me.

The salad is always nicely cold and the dish itself is still chilled upon arrival. A little bit more of additional veggies would be appreciated. The coffee was absolutely excellent. Meatballs also were great as always. The gravy
was a little different this visit (very, very light).

Service was friendly and unobstrusus.

We'll visit again in about 2 weeks, as usual.

S we were at at a table that was sticky. Our appetizer was in a hot dish, but the food in it was cold. Our entrees were just average. Not worth the cost.

Bertucci's is a good stand-by restaurant destination for my large family. The value is very goo, although the decor and furnishings are getting very long in the tooth, i.e., hasn't changed in 20 years! The tables are sticky and feel unclean to the touch . The only thing fresh is the food and the brick oven pizza is great.

Food was very good. We were very satisfied with our entire meal.

Everything was great with the exception of the cleanliness of the restaurant. The table that we were seated at was extremely sticky. My arms were sticking to the table & so were the arms of the 5 people that were seated at the table with me as well. There were dirty napkins on the floor. The restaurant just seemed unkempt on this particular day.

We were here pre wedding night while the wedding party was rehearsing. It was casual enough for the cousins to talk and laugh over the meal. The food was abundant. The salads were large and fresh. The pizza was unique and tasty. Happy we found this place since we were all from out of town

The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent!

This is our families favorite place to go to when we have large groups!

Ordered Pizza with onions and had to send it back because there really wasn't and on the pizza.
Waitress was very responsive to our needs. Disappointed salad is not included with the lunch meal any longer.
Made note in our reservation that my father-in-law was 99 years old on that day and no one acknowledged that.

Definitely will not return. Service was poor. The server did not know the menu and could not answer our questions without checking with someone else. The pizza we ordered had a strange taste which my daughter did not like. Prices have increased and the portion sizes are smaller.

Made reservations via smart phone. Wait time after arrival 10 minutes. Service was excellent.
Appetizer Tuscan wings were outstanding. Food was very good. Antonio our server was excellwnt.

Always enjoyed Bertuccis... but I think they are starting to over price themselves... paid almost $40 with tip $ tax...for a large speciality pizza and 3 drinks.. it was a pizza special that you take 1 large cheese pizza home... so it wasn’t really terrible but without the additional pizza it would have been...

Nice time here with three adults and two children. Nice selection of entrees, desserts, and beverages. Service was excellent.

Our waitress Shay was wonderful. Pleasant, warm and very attentive. She made our dinner guests feel welcome. And of course the Bertucci's rolls ... can't say enough good things about them. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.

I reserved the private room for my daughter's Confirmation party. Food was delicious. Ashley did a wonderful job taking care of us. Before all the guests arrived, there was already rolls and bowls of salads on all the tables.

I like this place for lunch....Dinner is overpriced food was bland

Always a great meal at Bertucci’s. I’ve never been disappointed.

The food was okay. I was comparing it to the last time I had bertuccis brick oven pizza over a decade ago and it doesn’t taste as good and the ambience has completely changed. It was very noisy tonight, loud like a cafeteria.

I had the chicken domani; the pasta was over cooked and had no flavor. My husband ordered off the gluten free menu and his dish was fair. Our other guests had shrimp scampi dish (the shrimp was uncooked). They did take this item off the bill. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

My fettuccine Alfredo was bland - all I could really taste was the egg noodles and I ended up adding salt to make it somewhat enjoyable. The chicken with it wasn't great and didn't come with much, anyway. My kids each ordered pizza and said they were good. The crust on them was very thin. My daughter also ordered a "side" of spaghetti, which ended up being the same size as my alfredo meal. She said it was good. Overall I wasn't impressed, because the competing big chain restaurant has far superior alfredo pasta dishes that include salad and I had to order a side salad extra here. However, I think the pizza off the kids' menu at Bertucci's is probably better according to my children. They still prefer the competitor, though. Our waiter was very friendly, but maybe not prepared for the crowd the night we went, because we waited a long time just to order drinks and he only checked in with us when I caught his eye due to being very busy.

The restaurant was not very busy however the kitchen/waitress (?) did not get our order correct. After the food was served we were asked once if all was good, then the waitress could not be found. Had to track her down for the bill and she never came back for payment. Went to give the check to the hostess and no one was there. Went back to the table still no waitress. Left the payment on the table and walked out. On the way out the waitress showed up and yelled thank you across the room.

Out waitress Brie was the nicest waitress!!!
