Bertucci's - Plymouth Meeting

A nice place for a good Italian meal. The portions are sizeable so you can take some home. The rolls are delicious. The service is very good. Come and enjoy.

Very short staffed....only one server in entire place. Meatball side wasn’t hot and they didn’t have any cod that we asked for. Had to wait 29 minutes fir check and drink refills. No manager visitation to our table he kept checking his cell phone.

Steven, our waiter was great. Food was very great as well. They checked out temp before sitting us but 30 mins later sat a couple within 6ft of our table.

The wait staff was so friendly and outgoing and accommodating. Great drinks. The kids enjoyed the Waiter’s company! Such a joy. He was an older gentlemen who was also a bartender. Even the host was so nice. The food was good and we were slightly picky and they accommodated our requests without a problem and followed thru! Would recommend definitely and will be back our next trip down to KOP!

This was the second time we have had terrible service from the same staff member. Took nearly ten minutes to be acknowledged once seated, received drinks but no bread, sat for nearly 30 minutes with no sign of any staff. Finally, manager served us our main dishes, complete with no silverware or condiments. And the salad we ordered was never delivered. Finally, 40 minutes later, our assigned server showed back up like nothing happened, finally refilled our drinks (took 15 minutes) and then disappeared again. Other tables being served by him complained as well. A family member had the same staff member and a similar terrible experience over a month ago. I have had great service from others and question why this young man is still employed. If we go back, we will refuse to be seated in his section.

Had a great dinner here with my grandmom and fiancé. The outside fireplace was really cozy and our food was delicious. Also, can’t say enough good things about our server. Definitely recommend stopping if you are at the mall!

I regularly meet a friend at this Bertucci's. The food and service are very good. I had a situation where my food was too cooked and they replaced it quickly. We had a nice meal. I recommend Bertucci's for a nice dinner out. They have outdoor and indoor dining.

Another nice visit to Bertuccis. They have a nice patio for outdoor dining. The tables were spaced away from each other and the servers had masks and gloves. I tried the lasagna and it was very good and healthy portion with some to take home. It was nice to dine out again and we had a lovely night with lower heat and humidity. I recommend Bertucci's for their food, service and quality.

It was nice to actually go out and eat at a restaurant after being shut down for 3 months.

Was looking forward to a good Father’s Day dinner with family (us and 2 kids). Outdoor set up was not as expected. Tables not cleaned or sanitized properly, chairs full of crumbs. Although we made a reservation, we were told by hostess to ‘sit wherever’. Service was hustling for a not-so-full restaurant, and although we started off with great welcome and service, I was disappointed that we were not checked on for refills, how our food came out, anything else we needed, etc. I felt I had to chase our waiter a few times. Our food came out as it was ready (apps after salad, dinner on top of salad) and no plates were cleared to make space for the coming entrees. We are regulars at this restaurant, so we will return. But maybe not for a while.

Bertucci's was not my first choice but I was eager to get out for a meal. I was greeted by the ruddest " hostess" She tried to seat me at the worst table, directly in the sun next to the door, where everyone would pass us going in and out. The table did not have a umbrella. I simply asked her if we could have another table away from the sun. She said she can't help the direction of the sun. I really wasn't asking her to, I was simply asking for another table. She said I would have to wait. I was OK with that. We only waited a few minutes and were seated. The best part of the meal was the bread. I know it is a chain Italian restaurant, so I was not going to be a critic. But it really was not good at all. Hard to explain. Tasted old. Our waiter was very pleasant and looked happy to be back to work. The service was great- the drinks were also good. I could over look the food not being great and would never have wrote a review but the hostess was miserable. So you can thank her for my review. She sure didn't look happy to be back to work. I won't be back

Your standard Italian / Brick-Oven Pizza stop.

Decent pasta, great pizza, decent appetizers and reasonably complete kids menu. Space for large groups in a separate room area allows for 2-3 parties of 10-15 people.

Lobby / waiting area needs some room to help accommodate the long waits that are typically seen here. Staff could use some augmentation as everyone was rushing from place to place. Everyone working hard, but clearly under staffed.

Appetizers were clearly rushed out - they have looked better at other times.

My friend and and I had a very nice evening at Bertucci's. The food and service were good and the restaurant is not too noisy so you can chat. The prices are reasonable and the quantity is plentiful so you can have some to take home. I enjoy going to Bertucci's and I frequent at least 2 of their locations.

The large pizza is smaller than the last time I was there. Rolls are the best part.

Food was terrible. Waitress was nice. Hot seated right away. Didn't take long. But man the food was bad.

Got together with our family - party of 10 that they accommodated with short notice. 100% appreciate that - especially this time of year with the holidays! Very causal setting which was great as we had 5 kids with us ... our waitress (forget her name - but Sat night 12/21 in the side TV room at 7:30 pm 😬) was so lovely and kept making sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for a good night out :)

Pizza was undercooked. Children's pasta wasn't even cooked at all. Children's chicken tender bites were over cooked. For the money not worth the time.

Family of four shopping and needed a sit down place to eat and didn’t want to wait, this was the place. Pizza and pasta was for us along with some red wine and didn’t have to go outside. Overall a great experience.

Had a good time with family. Did not feel rushed. The waitress was great!
