Amazing place. Great staff and amazing food! Our best meal in London!
I have already recommended Beso to several of my friends. Outstanding food and will definitely be returning
Lovely restaurant in a great location. Food lovely but was a little disappointed that all the lunch offers were vegetarian options. Meat options were available on the a la carte.
Modern Italian restaurant in theatre land is a great place for a dinner in small groups or large. Nice selection of wine. The fish could be a bit more flavoured. Maybe have a chicken selection as not everyone eats red meat. Would go again.
This is a really lovely restaurant with good food and friendly staff in a good location. We went here after going to the theatre and arrived a bit before the time we had booked, which the staff seemed relieved about, so it may not always be the case that they welcome after theatre diners.
Warning: I've found a few restaurants on Opentable now that seem to take bookings for times that are later than they really want to be serving customers.
Lovely food, one issue with burnt bruschetta which was quickly rectified, would return, felt it was good value for London and quality of food/ service.
The starters were excellent as were most of the mains. Desert was excellent too. Was not impressed with the service as it was hard to get the attention of waiters and one had seemed to have forgotten our desert meaning we had to spend s ridiculously long time just for ice cream.
Excellent early evening dinner en famille. We didn't regret going a la carte as pre-theatre menu a bit limited; black cod, burrata and steak particularly good. Service swift and professional. Toilets need decorating. Don't let the slightly touristy Beatles theme put you off!
Didn’t find it anything special. Calamari was good but no better than others I’ve had. my husbands beef tatanki starter had two much dressing so the beef was over powered. Roast potatoes seemed more deep fried than roasted.
Nice space, good vibe, food ok but served luke warm on cold plates, no salt or pepper or any other condiments on table or offered, drinks arrived after the starter, which wasn't ideal, service pleasant enough. Nice enough overall but wouldn't return.
Great feed and service for our anniversary dinner. They made us special and welcome. Would recommend.
Mediocre food; no ambience to speak of; not one to aim for
Lovely restaurant, delicious fresh quality food and good value for money
Perfect afternoon celebrating my 50th with friends and great food and drink
We had a booking at 10:30pm (OpenTable allowed online reservations until 11pm). When we arrived at 10:35 they informed us that the kitchen had just closed. To be fair, the service and kitchen did an effort to to offer us dinner, although it was all a bit rushed and it seem to show in the way the food was prepared.
Lovely staff and exceptional food. Hope we get to come back soon
Cute place but small - definately want to make reservations. Food was good - portions Ok - service was fine too.
Food was great service was challenging. Just too many people and not enough staff.
Something different in a sea of tourist traps. Cool food and relaxed attentive but not in your face service. Definitely return when I’m next in the area
Was really looking forward to eating here as had seen all of the great reviews. Unfortunately I found it a bit disappointing. The staff we ok, but not overly friendly. Fortunately the restaurant wasn’t busy as we arrived late due to getting lost, and could still be seated. I had tried to call them to ask for directions but got no reply!
Starters were fine, however my sirloin steak for main course was disappointing, perfectly cooked but lacking in flavour and was served with just rocket with a couple of cherry tomatoes, no dressing at all and none were offered. The fries/potatoes were more like crisps. My friends ravioli dish was lovely. Overall, was just ok
cheap food overpriced compares to quality, it looks like a ‘cold’ place
Very fresh, high quality ingredients which are well prepared to create delicious meals. Portions are big enough to keep you feeling full without being too indulgent. Would definitely visit again!
Tasty food, lovely staff, nice setting. Can't complain!
I was late for my booking, and they were very accommodating and seated us outside which was actually really nice. The food was good but just not enough of it, I had to order a side after our main of pasta. Not sure if an ingredient was missing from my pasta of the day and maybe I should have said something. I ordered a side and it didn't turn up but they charged us for it so got them to take it off of our bill. Service is a bit hit and miss. Noticed someone else's order came out in duplicate by mistake. Drinks were good. I would go back as the ladies food next to us looked really good so would like to order other things on the menu.
Liked the restaurant, good food and choice of menu.
The food, service and venue was excellent
Disappointed that two of the items we selected weren't available, so had to choose alternatives. However what we had was fantastic.
Arrived promptly at 6:57 for a 7PM reservation. Requested to sit outside and were told we couldn’t because we were planning on having dinner, not just drinks. Waited for over 45 minutes for our entrees while a table outside with 11
young women were served multiple courses of food. LEFT when we had not yet been served by 8PM.
Disappointed with my main course- ordered a pasta dish but it was so salty, I couldn’t eat it. I did mention to waitress but she told me it was meant to be salty. My mother ordered slow cooked lamb and it came in breadcrumbs- she wouldn’t order it again.
A beautiful restaurant with a lovely calm ambience
The staff were very attentive and friendly
I had the pre theatre set menu with a friend of mine and for just £24.95 for 3 courses was excellent value
I particularly enjoyed the ❤️ Shaped Ravioli with Basil 🌿 and Rocket Sauce 😃👍🏻 Truly scrumptious 😋
Have told quite a few friends about Beso
Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back
5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Adepte from the Beatles, I was very happy to discover this restaurant. All was really perfect and price acceptable for Londen 👍
Going to ask her to be my gf very soon
A true gem in the theatre district. Homemade pastas, perfect sized portions, and great tastes. Loved it. And the team was attentive with superb pre theatre service. A bit of Beatles nostalgia as well.
Excellent food, friendly attentive staff, great service and a great atmosphere. What else could you ask for?
Lovely Meal, food was amazing and staff very friendly
Very good value quality Italian in Covent Garden . The best dish was Truffle and Mushroom pasta
Good food, good wine, great service
Great food and excellent service. Everything we ordered and ate was yummy! We sat outside and the waiter warned us that we would be approached by homeless asking for money, and he was right. No big deal as this is life in a big city like London.
Warm welcome from Andrea , waitress, and other staff.prompt service , good choice of meals.
Food good and well presented.
Overall achieved a very good pre theatre meal and we will go again when in London
Absolutely fautless. Service was impeccable, the food was delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. I was very impressed.
