⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Bestia! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. We started with the house-made ricotta and salumi, which were phenomenal—so incredibly tasty! For our main course, we enjoyed the Cavatelli alla Norcina, and the truffle in this dish was simply incredible, with flavors that perfectly complemented each other. The pork chop that followed was a showstopper, and the cabbage slaw with sesame flavors was the perfect accompaniment, enhancing the overall experience. To top it all off, the sommelier helped us select a wonderful wine that paired beautifully with our meal. Every aspect of our visit was delightful, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Lamb neck was fatty and not good. Sauce with lamb was very watery. No substitution allowed…ridiculous, wanted no cheese on salad couldn’t accommodate. Food was just ok.

I knew my options would be limited in terms of the menu (and my gluten allergy) but the server was quite rude about it when I told him and said he’d have to come back with an altered menu of options. Took him 10 mins to return with most everything crossed out on the same menu in black sharpie. The fish which I was hoping to order was already sold out. I asked him about the ingredients in another dish and he told me how didn’t know but that it was crossed out “because it obviously had gluten”). I ended up getting a Cesar salad and scallops which were tasty but didn’t feel worth the $60 price tag. But it was more our server’s lack of interest in us (he only came to check on us once after we got our food) and general aloof demeanor that made an impression. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated after arriving on time for our reservation and the host didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes as I stood in front of him. It was a very busy and loud place and I have worked in restaurants (in front of house) and fine dining like this. I felt the service was subpar which is a shame as I know the food is excellent (despite not having much I can personally eat). Won’t be returning.

We were impressed, pleased, grateful that the manager or owner was able to accommodate our party of 7, when we were originally a party of 6 but added one more last minute. Thank you for that. The food was tasty but would’ve appreciated larger pasta portion sizes for the price. The pizza sizes were ample. Would’ve also appreciated less of reaching in front of us adding water to our glasses and interrupting conversation and more just leaving the bottle of water at the table. Servers were very attentive, but would’ve liked less interruptions. Overall though the food, service, timing and accommodating us was all great!

I went to Bestia five years ago, and tried it again tonight. Everthing is significantly better than last time. The quality of the food is much better.
