Biagio pignatta cucina e vino
€31 to €50
The restaurant takes its name from Ferdinando I de 'Medici's first butler, Sir Biagio Pignatta. The restaurant, not far from the Medici Villa (Unesco Heritage Site) and adjacent to the hotel, offers classy hospitality in the name of the Tuscan tradition. In addition to the cozy interior rooms, the restaurant also boasts a garden for the summer and a glass gazebo overlooking a breathtaking view, perfect for brunches, small events and private dinners. Recently it has been chosen to focus on the philosophy of the zero kilometer, which is why the "Biagio Pignatta" has equipped itself with a private garden of approximately 5,000 square meters for the supply of seasonal fruit and vegetables. Thus the tradition goes hand in hand with the quality of the raw materials, with the choice of local suppliers and with the enhancement of local products and recipes of Tuscan culinary history, revisited with flair and originality.
