Consistent and tasty. Travis was an excellent server and made the experience even better. We have a future reservation to introduce friends to Bianca. B
Nice idea and the menu looked good, but the execution was just fair.
We had lunch here for the first time. Spacious and airy indoor setting with great booths that are naturally social-distanced. Food and service were outstanding. Chicken salad was delicious and the portion was huge. The Wagyu burger looked small at first, which was deceiving. One of the best I've had and it was filling. Will try their sushi next!
Food was delicious and waitstaff was super friendly and considerate.
The menu offers something for everyone. From pizza and burgers to sushi. Although I dined outside the inside is very open and beautifully decorated. Loved the truffle mushroom tempura maki. Expensive but delicious! Service was wonderful and the outdoor space was lovely. So nice to be out again!
Really nice venue, as well as excellent food offerings and quality.
Very good food. Not an extensive menu, but broad enough to give options to different palates. Great service.
We love the food at Bianca and are obsessed with the Cushman's other spots, but the service at Bianca, both times we have eaten there recently, has been just really bad. Unprofessional in every way. Too many examples to list here, but we've had a server reply to my elderly parents with f-bombs, spill my daughter's drink on the table and not clean it up, forgotten drinks, food dropped before plates/flatware. It's such a bummer since it's a local spot we are very excited to frequent, but with the prices what they are, we just expect better service. We will keep trying though.
Very nice quality and food selections. Sushi, pizza, and dessert were all great.
Not what I was expecting from the owners of OYa. Food was generally good (not outstanding), but service lacked polish. I had to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce for my sushi... But on a nice day, outdoor seating with a grassy area with games for the kids is hard to beat. Overall, I would recommend.
A great place to dine outside, with the heated patio and activities for kids if they need it.
Very limited menu but quite good!
Great inside or out. Very diverse menu. We all loved what we ordered. Worth going to.
Fun atmosphere! Ordered a burger, it was juicy and tasty but very small. A few fries on the side. My friend had sushi and again a very small portion.
We left feeling hungry and a little ripped off. The martini glasses are small too.
We also split a salad with nothing but lettuce and a shallot vinaigrette and salt.
The fish tacos were excellent as well as the Japanese fried chicken dish. The sushi and burger were good and the cocktails were tasty. Service was attentive and the food came out to us quickly. I would recommend ordering a drink and an appetizer and then order your meal when you're just about finished with the appetizers if not you could be getting everything at once. We ate inside and the tables were spaced out due to COVID protocols. We were only two and sat at a table that could have seated 8 people and a booth would have been preferable if once had been available. The décor is interesting as it has the appearance of a diner. The pizza looked good and will try that next time.
The Wagyu cheeseburger may look small, but it’s as filling as two burgers elsewhere.
Second time here and loved it. Being able to have sushi, pizza and an amazing salad at the same meal is dreamy! Oh and the cocktails are delicious too!
Portion sizes were bizarre - from a small single taco to a side salad that could have served four to huge tiramisu that no one could finish. I thought the eclectic menu would be interesting but it was just strange in the end. My kids found the pizza “meh”.
It was a great night. Good setting, minimal people and good ambiance
Lower the DJ music a little...
tastiest and highest quality food in the area. some might think it is a little pricey but it is well worth the price
Plenty of seating indoors. Tasty tasty food and drink. Excellent service. We had a burger, roast chicken, house salad and truffle fries, accompanied by well made cocktails. Downtown quality food with easy mall parking and reasonable mall pricing.
It was ok. The ambiance is really nice but the food was just ok and overpriced. A bit disappointing
My mom, my 11-year-old and I had lunch outdoors at Bianca on a balmy February day when it was over 40F. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. My mom’s salad was excellent, as were the roasted potatoes we got as a side. My short rib ragu dish was okay, the pasta was cooked al denote but the sauce was overly salted and the meat had a lot of visible fatty pieces (I know some people like that, but it’s not what I expected in this dish). The sushi that my son ordered looked very nice and he said it was good but not the best (he does eat a lot of sushi, but then, he is still 11, so take it in context). The outdoor seating area is very nice, a much better ambience than a lot of the other outdoor options in MetroWest.
Took my children for a fabulous, school vacation lunch. There was something for everyone. The Cesar salad and salad with chicken were amazing and very fresh; dressing was phenomenal. The burger and fries were OMG delicious. One child LOVES the salmon sushi tacos — highly recommend them — they ate unique and not served anywhere else. The sushi roll are unbelievable: We ordered many and each one was special. This is a special place. Run, don’t walk, there. FIVE STARS!
The most diverse menu I've ever seen but they seem to pull it off no matter what they are making.
Some of the best food in Boston. Hands down.
Lobster, shiitake sushi, hamachi crudo were all excellent as food is always amazing here! Travis is a lovely server, will be back soon!
Food was outstanding!!! Staff was tremendous- Stephanie & Ryan!!!! Off the charts!!! Everyone should dine at Bianca’s!!!!
Food was great, service was good. All in all I’d be back for sure.
You know customer service is going to be top notch when you call twice without leaving a voicemail, but they STILL take the time to call YOU to see what’s up! I assume there’s a brunch menu and dinner menu (1pm is still brunch). Started off with a cocktail Cucumber Oasis, which was like a refreshing and light Sprite. Then ordered the Spicy Tuna which is very fresh and tightly rolled and you can taste everything from the sesame seed to the JUST right amount of spiciness. Also ordered a slice of pizza just to test the justification of the price if I ever ordered half/full pan which is quite pricey. Pizza was okay, and it was a decent size for a slice. Up til now, the menu is pretty basic and can more/less get them anywhere, but is made with the finest ingredients. The main item item I was curious about was the shakshuka, which after googling is a common dish among africans and middle eastern cultures. The best way to describe it is having poached eggs cooked on top of pasta sauce and you would use bread to dip into it. I also used the pizza to dip as well.
The food is pretty standard fare (working on adding Sushi Tacos for breakfast), but I love the customer service here. Also, indoors is very roomy and bright and colorful. The music is all over the place, heard middle eastern, classical music and then shake your booty music. There’s also outdoor dining available. I definitely plan on coming back for their dinner menu, me and my friend very much enjoyed our first visit!!
Delicious Sunday brunch for a special birthday! The restaurant kindly provided outdoor heaters so everyone was comfortable. We began with the most delicious donuts in the uncovers and incredible hot chocolate. The brunch entrees such as the breakfast pizza, granola and the bagel & smoked salmon looked and tasted great. Kudos to the attentive staff who made the celebration extra nice. So lucky to have this local gem! Thank you !
Everything here is so well done and it’s amazing how they can make having pizza so special! Service is outstanding but the food brings it to a whole new level!
Some of the best food in the Boston area in a very comfortable and safe indoor environment (i.e. COVID safe). The menu has good variety to satisfy everyone in your party.
You will be very happy you tried this restaurant!
The appetizers and entrees came to us at the same time. The team didn’t apologize. Food was not bad though some of the presentation could be better. I chalk it up to teething issues for a new restaurant
We’re trying so hard to support places as the weather cools down, but the heaters were so spaced out and far from tables to they really didn’t help stave off the cold. We’ve been eating at other places that have more heaters closer to tables a f will take our business there for these next cold months. Sorry!!
Nice ambiance. Swift service and excellent food. Chefs are spot on. All courses were very well prepared and tasty. Great new place to try.
I had high hopes coming to this place since I live in Newton and really like the Chestnut Hill Area but going in with another set of friends it was a group of seven the service was horrible and the food was subpar for what it’s priced at. With the restaurant opening up during Covid we would hope for high expectations so I really don’t want to give it a bad review but I have to be honest. We wanted an outdoor seating so it was a restaurant that we could get into it with making a reservation I was apprehensive about coming in when you see a menu that has sushi salad and pizza on the menu. It’s an expensive menu to begin with so I wanted to give it the upper hand that maybe the food was going to be really good but everything was just generic I spoke with the manager Stephanie she was very nice about how awful and slow the service was she gave us two pizzas but still unfortunately I have to give us a bad review I will not be going back and I highly do not recommend this restaurant and this will probably not last in COVID-19
