Bibimbap BBQ West End
Great food and ambiance. We enjoyed our evening out.
Good experience to try, probably never go with the bbq again, kind of a one of thing, rather get the food cooked for me next time rather than bbq myself.
The food was so amazing!! The service was the cherry on top.
Great food 🥘 lovely place but service was a little slow and inconsistent. One waiter was really helpful and very polite .
Absolutely shocking service. Waited over 40 minutes for our drinks and then 30 minutes for a second order of drinks. The Asahi was also flat.
Amazing food and lovely staff but music TERRRRRRIBLE and WAY way too loud! Probably won’t go back for that reason.
First time trying Korean BBQ and not the last time food was amazing so tasty fresh and full of flavour. The table cooking was a bit intimidating for us so we ordered off the main menu but would definitely try next time we go.
Great food for value, clean plates all around.
Had the bbq set menu which is not all you can eat but was more than enough food for each person. Was a lovely experience and I will definately be going back.
The bibimbap chicken, amazing spicy and very hot, value for money is great
Very authentic Korean BBQ with good selection of options. Kimchi was especially good. Only gripe was Korean Beer out of stock but the Chinese one worked well enough for the somac.
The BBQ set menu at Bibimbap West end is good value for money. A decent amount of meat and a good variety of side dishes. Cooking the food as you go means that everything is piping hot.
The Korean bbq was a good portion size for 2 and the food was delicious. Would definitely go again
Very good food, lovely lively atmosphere, quick service. Will be definitely coming bsck.
Two comments - with the restrictions easing off and restaurants not being able to serve alcohol inside, yiu would hope they will at least have some non alcoholic beers, but nope, they run out.
Also - no dessert menu? First time have i been to a restaurant and they didn't offer any dessert, a little bit surprised.
Great place , fried chicken and dumplings excellent
Food was amazing! And great value for money. Had the bbq set menu and it was so tasty.
Staff were a bit slow and forgot a couple things but to be honest things just opened up post lockdown so they might be getting back into the swing of things. Other than that super friendly and corrected all mistakes.
Waited 35 minutes to be served from sitting though so hopefully that’ll get better with time.
the best place to go for korean food in glasgow without a doubt, the staff are always so kind and the food is amazing!! the restaurant itself is so cute too, perfect for dinner or lunch with friends :)
Wow! Words can’t describe how good this place was. Amazing service, such a friendly waitress. Then we sat down and everything was explained really well for us. We were unsure what to order so she gave us a recommendation and it was the spicy pork rice and it was amazing!!!! So yummy! The fried chicken was perfect too. Sauce was not too spicy but still very delicious. I had a blueberry mojito and that was so yummy and beautifully presented.
Highly recommend and would go again.
Delicious foods and friendly staff. We had the Korean BBQ set menu. I love their kimchi and other side dishes. I will definitely go back!
Really great tasting food. We'll go again. Accidentally booked the set menu but staff were happy to change it
Great food love the fried chicken, very safe and Covid managed.
The cocktails were so nice but a little over priced for how much you get
Never had Korean before and the staff were very friendly and helpful, will defiantly be back.
Great tasting food
Really good food and the BBQ portions were much larger than we had expected!
Brilliant service, brilliant food - we went for the BBQ set menu and we couldn't finish it! Plenty of food, favourite place to eat in the West End!
Best Korean BBQ in Glasgow! Plenty of things to choose from the menu and great quality!
First visit back since lockdown and oh my god, it hit different🤤 Fantastic service as always! Back again next week hopefully🤞🏻 Favourite restaurant by far!!
I've been here lots of times and I always love it. I took my friend here and it was his first time trying the BBQ there and he also really enjoyed it.
Also, if you go try the strawberry soju as it's incredible!!!
Well Irene is best waitress in town., a bit footerie if ye huvnae done much cooking.. me being a gourmet chef it was fab., no sure about pork belly next time too much fat.. but delicious overall and fabulous experience definitely be back.. 530 kick off and left at 830.. plum saki amazing Korea beer amazing wine amazing.. superb experience for first visit..
You guys really need to consider introducing Some sort of loyalty card scheme! Me and my friends are utterly addicted to Bibimbap and dine here at least twice a week! Wouldn’t consider eating anywhere else now
We had korean bbq , a waitress come to our table and start collect the dishes during dinner , not even ask us are we finish yet , I told her we still got lots of meats on bbq pan obviously then she put my friend bowl back to table and no apology
Then we finished our meal for ages and no one clear the table for us , I don’t even know are they doing any desserts, I just wave one of the staff and get the bill
I’ve been here a couple of times now, and I’ve enjoyed myself every single time. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, helpful too, but not too in your face which is good. The bbq section of the restaurant is great, I loved getting all the food and cooking it myself for me and friends, it’s a very social way of dining.
Also, as I’m teaching myself Korean, it was very lovely of the Korean waitress/server to come over and listen to me and allow me to practice phrases on her, sadly I don’t know her name, but she’s lovely and made my family’s first experience here that bit better!
5* for this restaurant fTom me, I love the Bibimbap restaurants here in Glasgow! I highly recommend this place for a date night or for a night out with friends, and defos try the plum soju, very good and smooth to drink! I will be back soon for more 떡복이!
Amazing atmosphere , fantastic service and food is always served promptly and is delicious.
One of my fav go to spots , and adding a BBQ option has improved an already believed to be perfect restaurant.
Had the Korean BBQ for the first time and the staff where soo helpful and cooked for us the first time round. If you're not sure about going because eyoure not sure how to do it and intimidated don't be! Was sooo yummy cost around 26 pound and you got lots of meat a soup kimchii and other sides and a bottle of soju we had the strawberry flavoured and was very nice, we ordered a 7up incase we didn't like the soju which was a bit expensive for the size of it but that's standard at a nice restaurant anyway. We then had a caramel espresso martini that was the special that day and it was amazing. Can't fault the place food staff experience everything was AMAZING
Been 5 times since Friday 13th. Hopefully that explains how utterly enjoyable Bibimbap is.
Enjoyed it greatly
Being a massive fan of the original Bibimbap in the City Centre, I just knew before hand that the one in the West End would be just as spectacular. This was confirmed when we arrived for my friends birthday meal on Friday 13th December. From the staff, to the location, to the decor, to the food, every single thing about Bibimbap West was incredible. So much so that we dined at this location 3 times in the space of 24 hours!! I am utterly addicted to Bibimbap West!! Will be returning every week at least!
Very friendly service and food was delishious!!!
