Very poor service, had to wait extremely long times for food
Booked for brunch at 11.30. On arrival we were welcomed by a miserable young lady who told us abruptly, breakfast has finished! We were rather shocked and she just walked off, then came back to take drinks orders. As it was my friends birthday we asked if we could have bellini’s and she replied NO, then said.. we’ll what are they? I explained and at this she said no we don’t have that. At this point she could have perhaps offered an alternative of Bucks Fizz instead but nothing that was offered. At this point we decided we wouldn’t be eating at the restaurant as the service was slow and unpleasant and we did not really want to eat lunch at 11.30! Will not be going back for a while!
Had to ask for knife replacement before even sitting down, as from distance you could see there was old food stuck to it. My child accidentally spill juice. No waiter came to help. I had to tidy up all by myself, from table and floor, as she made a bit of paddle. Myself and my daughter had a stomach ache for the rest of the day after eating at the restaurant. The only positive was that service was quiet quick. We definitely won't be going back.
Super staff, very friendly and helpful...lovely evening
When sat outside the service was unenthusiastic and slow
Five star ⭐️
Service was fantastic, meal was fabulous! we very much had a lovely breakfast
Excellent food and very attentive and helpful staff. Service a little slow but pretty good.
Always find music too loud but the food and staff were wonderful.
Drinks are more expensive since lockdown.
We were sat right next to the waitresses till.
Embarrassing to hear them bickering amongst themselves, we didn’t get offered another drink with our meal, not even water for the table.
Tip was then put onto the bill even though we got served by 3 different people.
Shocking service and experience if I’m totally honest we live in Bracknell but we will be going to camberley for the much better service.
I love Bills the delicious food and great service combine to make a great experience.
I ordered my favorite breakfast smashed avocado 🥑 on toast with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
I washed it down with a cappuccino.
Thank you for a great delightful time!
Long wait times, forgotten drinks, tepid food and one dish overcooked.
The waitress was not aware of the current offer, the starters took too long to arrive, and when the mains arrived, they had forgotten mine. As there were only 3 of us, and the offer depended on ordering 3 mains, this was very disappointing. So I had to wait a further 25 mins for my main. As a result I definitely would not recommend Bill's Bracknell, even though the food was delicious.
Have dined in the restaurant many time before for dinner but on this occasion dined for lunch. Food took ages and was bland. Desserts took even longer. Would not recommend for lunch. Our server was brilliant.
The air conditioning was set on too cold a setting. I felt cold the entire time at the table
The ambience was lovely, the staff were so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to be there
Good location. Outside table and staff were wonderful.
we weren’t really satisfied with portion sizes, or the service quality
We had mould on the focaccia that was part of my daughters meal! Not good at all and put us all off our food to be honest. Meal was refunded without needing to ask. Also as we were sitting outside you could hear a lot of noise / bad language from McDonalds visitors round the corner which wasn’t great!
The staff were apologetic but it definitely tainted our birthday dinner celebrations and I’m sorry to say we will not be returning!
Ate here Sunday evening. Lots of space, felt covid save. Staff very friendly, good food, big portions and a nice choice of non alcoholic drinks.
Overall, just really poor. Waited for over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us - plenty of staff walking past us and not one person said "we'll be with you in a minute" or anything, just ignored us and carried on. When we were eventually seated we found that, despite having a reservation for 5 people they clearly hadn't prepared a table for us, so 5 of us ended up sat at what should have been a table for 4 outside. It then took another 10 minutes for anyone to come and take our drinks orders, by which time we were ready to order food. Drinks started to arrive in very dirty cups and saucers, to the extent people were wiping them out with their napkins and asking for replacements. When the food did arrive it was fine - nothing special but then how do you screw up 5 x full English breakfasts with no modifications to them. When we were nearly done with our meals we were asked if we wanted any sauces - at which point the answer was obviously no. We chose to eat here before a day out, but in hindsight I wish we'd just gone to a pub down the road - we'd have paid half as much for a cleaner environment and the same food. Strongly avoid.
Very busy morning so noise levels extremely high at 11.15. Quietened down however and was much better by 12 midday.
Lovely setting, Food was very nice, service was good and everyone was very pleasant. We did have to wait at times but understandable when busy.
We would definitely return.
Great Food as always, reasonable price and atmosphere
Great service and food !
The staff tried hard but it just seemed like they were understaffed. There were no peas for the children (large Waitrose 50m away??). We weren't
told until their meals arrived and then we asked if they could have beans which arrived later. Took ages to attract the staff's attention to get desert and to pay our bill. However, the staff were friendly and doing their best.
Portion sizes are excellent and great esp for families. Great and filling brunch for us.
I would suggest maybe offer jams, chocolate or honey to go as optional extras for toast and pancakes
After boycotting Bills for a while, we decided to support our local, esp after what must be a tough last year. Once again, the food we ordered did not arrive. It took 15 mins to get the condiments to attempt to make a dry, hard, cold bacon on toast edible, toast was not buttered, did not align so you couldn't turn into a sandwich. I ordered smashed avo and bacon, waitress even read the order back to us. this is the 4th visit in a row where the food has been wrong, inedible and really disappointing. Whilst the meal was removed from the bill, the disappointment of not being able to enjoy a meal with my family has once again made Bills a venue we will avoid. My last complaint was getting an allergen served after I asked to have it removed - never got a response from Head Office. Manager has since change but it seems they still can't get ahead of simple things !
Just a quick breakfast of eggs royals & tea, and would be more than happy to repeat the visit
After being seated for 15 minutes and no one coming over to us my husband went and asked someone if we could order, someone then came over and took our order, we asked for iced lattes and were given very strong coffee with ice in, was not nice. Our food was ok, unfortunately unlike all the other couples or groups without children we were sat in the middle of all the families and screaming children. Service was poor took forever for anyone to come over even for the bill!!
Relaxed lunchtime meal, we wanted a little time to let the main course settle before tackling puds and there was no pressure to order. Staff very friendly, our disabled guest was well accommodated
Service was quick and food was very good, lovely ambience only gripes were we did have to ask for water twice after ordering and no sauces were offered we had to ask
I went for lunch on Saturday with a friend and it was very nice.
Amazing service from a lovely waitress. Shame they add 12.% onto bill as I would Have preferred to tip her cash. Hopefully she gets the service charge
The waitress was so rude. Very unexpected for Bills
Had lunch with a friend. Didn’t get name of waitress but she was very friendly and attentive and dealt with my allergies with ease and gave me confidence in the food I was eating. I highly recommend.
Aun and hannah were very attentive and welcoming, food was good and nice atmosphere.
Great evening out, fantasitc food, ambience and service.
First visit to a Bill's with my 2 daughter's. We were served by Hannah who had told us she had only been working there for 4 days, she asked before we ordered if we had any allergies. All I can say is the food was incredible, we ordered from the set menu which was £16.95 for 3 courses. Large portions considering the price, will most definitely be returning soon. Thanks Hannah for your excellent service.
Had a lovely family lunch at the Bracknell Bills yesterday. Delicious food, beautifully served plus we had the most delightful waitress who was so friendly and helpful. She really made our meal even more enjoyable! We will definitely be returning!
Theyve stopped doing breakfast later at the weekend so we didn't stop!
Very hot, no air conditioning. Slow service. Food very good.
